Excellent customer service from Lily. Needed a new pair of hiking boots (old ones worn out!) and Lily was very informative and had great knowledge of the products. Very pleased with our purchase and the service we received. Well done Lily and Millets.

I wanted to buy two fleeces in the store but the size I needed was not available. The member of staff was very helpful and ordered them online for me. They were delivered the next day!

I’m over the moon!
I have just returned home from a visit to the Worthing store and could not be happier with my new boots. I walked in not knowing what I wanted/needed but with the knowledgeable advice and incredible customer service from Kay I know that I have exactly what I need.

Great selection of products, fab prices
Great selection of products and really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I managed to get a brilliant pair of new walking boots, very pleased. Also amazing discounts in the sale and offers on other helpful items, so I got a real bargain too. I recommend this store.

Great Service at Worthing
The service we received from Ellie and Kay today at Worthing Millets was superb. I went with my brother who is visually impaired to get him some walking shoes for a sponsored work. Kay got Ellie to help us out. Both of them were professional, helpful, knowledgable and above all patient and kind. Fantastic experience.

Really good customer service, afraid I don't know the gentleman's name, as I brought back a pair of waterproof shoes that had leaked, replaced them for me without question and helped as I tried on further pairs.
