Helpful staff
It would be great if Millets would make sure that items listed as in stock at a particular store are actually in stock.
A potentially wasted journey was rescued with the help of great staff, however, with Dan offering good advice and running up and down stairs to the storeroom to help me find an alternative.
I love my Brasher shoes btw and hardly knew I had them on during my first long walk.

Shaun Went Above & Beyond
Popped into Millets today with my daughter as she prepares for her first camping trip, and we weren’t quite sure where to start. Shaun was absolutely fantastic; friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in finding exactly what we needed. The staff were exceptional
The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much bother. I needed the only pair of shorts in my size left, which was on a mannequin in the window and they kindly got this for me. Exceptional customer service. A lot of retail staff are a bit grumpy these days, these two are an asset to the company.

Rucksack Bargains
Went in looking for a work rucksack and although the type of/ configuration of pockets wasn’t on any of the bags I saw, what I did see were a crate of Eurohike rucksacks 25L which were well made and with a decent amount of pockets and areas for drinks, chargers etc. These were £10 each, staggering value. The team in store were polite, engaging and knew their store and goods. Great shopping.
