The manager and staff were amazing. I run a scouts group and needed new tents they went above and beyond to source the tents we required and they helped me load them into my car.

Millets in Hastings has an amazing service. Phil was very helpful and gave an exceptional service.

Lucy, Phil, and Ethan looked after me very well. I had a pair of faulty boots to return under warranty. They accepted them without quibble and helped me select a replacement pair. I was impressed by the care taken to ensure I had boots that fitted me well.

I went in for a few bits for an upcoming trip. Phil was really helpful. While talking, he asked about the rucksack I'd purchased from another branch and he explained it should be fitted to me, which the other branch hadn't mentioned. He offered to do it for me so I fetched it from the car and he showed me how to fit it and how to pack it which was super helpful. I'll definitely be coming back to this branch for my future purchases.

Harry helped me choose some walking boots from a good selection. The service was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Have purchased quite a lot from this store over the years and I’m very grateful this shop exists as it’s a much better experience than online.

Many thanks to Phil for his help. He patiently and with great knowledge helped us to choose and fit a backpack. He a made this shopping trip so much easier. Thank you again:-)

Young lady was extremely helpful

Firstly I was really pleased to find a branch of Millets as they have all disappeared near where I live. The Hastings branch is well stocked and welcoming. I particularly needed a replacement for my much worn and loved Merrell walking trainers. There they were and at an excellent price. Phil, served my and gave me excellent advice on fitting and ensuring I'm happy with my purchase. Clearly very knowledgeable and personable.

The whole experience brightened an otherwise wet and windy day.

We came in to buy a rucksack for our son's first trip away with the cubs. We couldn't fault the service we received, from talking through the different types of bags to settling on one and having it fitted. Phil was really helpful and we came away with two items which fit the bill. Would definitely recommend

Went in today and was served by Harry. I came in with a big list of bits I needed, Harry helped explain all features and benefits of various products so I could make an informed choice, highlighted good offers and alternatives, and even pointed out things I would have otherwise forgot. Good employee, great chap.

Fantastic customer service and very happy shopping with Scouts discount also very good value. We went for a spork and left with boots, socks and a metal cutlery set! We were served by Phil and my daughter had her feet measured and advice on the best boots for her with best value quality hiking socks. I'm coming back for a Father's day present.

Excellent service from Phil while I was looking for new Berghaus gore-tex jacket. Tried a few on but sadly unable to find the one I liked in my size. Arranged to buy the same at a London store which Phil and his colleague had checked out. Still left with a flask, new penknife and waterproof jacket washing agent.
