Came in a couple of weeks ago and bought a really lovely pair of Merrell shoes and was served by a lovely young lady who was so helpful. The gentlemen at the til was equally lovely and so helpful.

I would have given 6 stars if I could.

Sadly just called and wanted to buy another pair but the man on the checkout was so dismissive and clearly had no interest in helping. Wouldn't even call me back to let me know if he had the shoe in stock. Said something about privacy rules.

Sorry Millets, you need to be consistent with your staff. Ive gone online now and got them £10 cheaper. What a shame for you and for me.

My experience was very good thanks to Erol(one of the workers), he was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process allowing me to find the correct stuff I needed and giving me tips for certain things like which products would be better.

I was looking for something to use to wash waterproof garments. Erol approached me and was very helpful recommending 1 product from a selection. He explained why he recommended that particular item. He was helpful and knowledgable. Thank you.

Andrew and Erol provided some excellent advice on water repellent treatment for my shoes and overcoat. Some great explanations, great customer services and welcoming environment.

I was served by Andrew who went to a lot of effort to locate the boots I wanted which were shown as in stock online but were not out on display.

Very helps and they usually have a sale on. With a wode range of products.

Erol was so extremely helpful and personable. He went out of his way to assist when I went to the shop with a purchase my mum had made that was no longer needed.
It was an unusual set of circumstances and he was patient and understanding and we were so appreciative. It’s a great shop, the gear is very high quality and great value. They have a great range of stock. During sale time the value is insanely good. They really are experts in their field. Both Erol and the other gentleman were brilliant. Long love the high street for shops and customer service like this. Beats online any day. Would highly recommend for specialist outdoors clothing and equipment. Thank you!

Great shopping experience. Quality products and exceptional service from Andrew. Andrew knew about each of the products I was interested in and showed me all the options. I was then left to try and decide. I left with a very nice coat and products to re-waterproof my boots. He also showed me other products I was interested in that’ll wait till next.

I bought a T shirt at Southend store before Christmas but size was wrong!
Rather than journey back there I decided to go to nearby Enfield store in the hope of exchanging it for the correct size and I’m glad I did. Erol was so friendly and helpful and made the exchange a happy experience. Thank you Erol.

I was looking for replacement walking boots & Tee was really attentive and patient while helping me get to the best fitting pair.

Both T & Andrew showed courtesy, charm and patience. Andrew could sell snow to an eskimo but did so very nicely and inoffensivey, and my wife is very happy with the advice and the product.
