Johnny went above and beyond when I said I was looking for a certain type of back pack. It wasn’t on the shelf but he remembered there was one left out back and managed to find it for me! The staff are always friendly and always happy to help

We met Millie when we were shopping for a rucksack, and was about to leave the shop when she asked us how she could help.
