Millets website easy to use as ever, made my purchase of a pair of Northridge trainers, good price.
Arrived in a timely fashion and were easily 2 sizes bigger than my size 9 feet. Brought them back in store, where there was a no quibble refund made immediately as they were likely mis-labelled.
Bought the right size and walked away content. Top job, but a bit of a faff.

Made a click and collected order to east grinstead store as new i would not be home. Got back of holiday and have received several emails from delivery company saying delivered to my address and given to me. They definitely didn't. Am going in to the store tomorrow to try and sort this out.

Rain coat & trousers for 3 peaks!

Another great experience. I popped in as I was in town just to have a browse. Jonny was really helpful in introducing some different things I hadn't seen before. Great Service
My son and I went in to East Grinstead today for new boots. He takes a lot of time to decide as he needs to wear extra insoles. Sharon was so patient and brought out all the pairs of shoes he wanted to try. We left with two new pairs of boots, and a jumper that was on sale. A calm and easy experience.

Customer service contact for wrong delivery diabolically difficult!!
Incomplete item received. Whilst good product customer service to remedy diabolical! Online contact form not responded to after 48 hours despite saying would within 24hr! In the end after over 30min phone call including 15mins holding told return and reorder! And me take to post office suggested!
