Amazing Customer service by Scott the manager from the Bury store very helpful. went the extra mile for me and did my laces for me

Never bought a pair of walking boots in my life. So today I ventured into Millets Bury to tentatively have a look. I have large feet so I was so surprised that they had boots that would fit me. Great advice from Ri and I was able to use my national trust card for a bit of discount too. Very friendly will call again

I visited Millets Bury 1184 to buy a winter hat and bag suitable for easyjet hand luggage. Calumn and Steven provided exceptional customer service. They patiently helped me find the right bag, as well as clarify the dimensions of the bag so it would be appropriate for hand luggage. I was also advised on getting a bag cover to provide water protection.

Calumn and Steven were personable, calm and highly professional in their approach. I was very impressed by their high level of customer care and client centerdness.

Harry was a great help today. Told him what we needed, he measured the rucksacks we’d chosen to make sure they were ok for cabin luggage, pointed us in the right direction for everything else we needed. Prices were great too. Thanks Harry

Just like to thank Callum for such excellent customer service. Called in to buy a waterproof jacket but they did not have my size in stock. Without having to ask, Callum checked if it could be ordered on-line and also if it was in stock at any of the other local stores.
Will certainly be back to buy other products.

Asked if I wanted to look round shop while waiting. Callum Offered advice on items I looked at. Not pushy. Came out with a Peter Storm fur lined Gillet. Love this shop. I buy from them online too. Excellent quality at excellent prices. Thank you

Served by Hannah. She was helpful, not pushy, cheerful and knowledgeable. She was happy to take time to get boot fitting absolutely correct. Store clean and well stocked.

Only called in for a rucksack , no pressure off Callum for a sale so carried on shopping and walked out with boots and rucksack cover which Callum pointed out that it was recommended and again not pushy . Pleasant experience.

Callum made sure I was happy with products chosen, even suggesting what similar brands have different styles/fits when it comes to waterproof jackets. Can’t fault him of the product at all. Overall 10/10 I will be returning in the near future!

went to buy a tent that was marked at £131 but had to order it online where it was priced at £170 I was told if I brought in the receipt I would get a refund for the difference which I did the staff were very polite and helpful in store especially Emily who delt with me on both occasions at store,
would definitely use this store again

Steven was extremely helpful I was buying walking boots for my grandson and he help us find the right shoes and an excellent fit. We even bought two tops and a hat. Super experience.

Popped in to Millets Bury for a "quick look" and 2 pairs of hiking boots, 2 lots of hiking socks and a lightweight coat later we walked out. Served by Steven who was attentive and very helpful. Great savings in the sale.

Took some boots in which the sole had started to come off. Only had them 5 months. Scott was great and changed them for me despite me losing the receipt. Great service 👍🏾🙂
