Do not buy!!! They sent me a jacket I purchased and it was 3 sizes too small. I wrote to them and they told me they would send out the right size and that I could just keep the small. It’s been two week, haven’t heard anything and when I asked, they acted like they had no idea of what they promised. Now they aren’t responding.
FYI, these jackets have no label and this company is shady.

I recently purchased a jacket in good faith from this website. Once I received it I determined that it was not something that I wanted. I contacted Milan support about doing a refund and was told that they could replace it with something else or refund half of my money and I could keep the jacket. I responded that I did not want the jacket and wanted a full refund. Since then, I have not heard back from them. I have sent several emails with no further responses. I have also notified the Federal Trade Commission about this business. I will continue to respond to future postings by the company and the webpage. This is a very suspicious business with even poor customer service.

This merchant is selling off-brand $5-10 sweaters from AliExpress as their own brand. Measurements are not accurate and quality is not great.
Do not accept returns but offered 50% back.
Stopped responding when I said this is not acceptable.

Do not order anything from the website!! They wont talk to you or let you return anything

Nothing more to add. The other comments say it all. DO NOT BUY from this company. I wish I would have read theses comments before I lost my money. Garbage quality. Same response about being a small company and offering 50%. If there is ever an investigation count me in to testify. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

Run away from this company! It doesn't allow me to upload a picture in these comments. The jacket looks NOTHING like the pictures. When I reached out to them, they said the best that they can do is give me 50% refund as they are a small shop and don't do full returns! I purchased two jackets now I will give them away. I wouldn't recommend a DOG to that site to shop. The one STAR I gave them is way to much they should get no star at all. They are crooks just getting rich on everyone who shop their. Run Run Run!

They delivered my package to the wrong house and don’t refund me stay away as they can easily scam you

Hopefully we’ve made a difference!! As well as most of you I have reported this joke of a company for fraud to anyone and everyone I can think of. I have constantly spammed their e mail for the last 6 weeks and now can’t find them selling online. I am angry that instagram can let these companies go unchecked and let them have the platform to reach so many!! I’m sure these people will be back in some other guise someday but for now I hope life is uncomfortable.

I bought a birthday present for my daughter, because she really wanted those new balance shoes. At the moment, I've lost 70€. Noone answers my emails. But this is a lesson learned. For myself and my daughter who so badly wanted those shoes from MilanFit.

I ve been scamed, i ordered new ballance shoes for 70 euros (thats a decent amount of money in my country's currency). After a month of contacting them they said that they lost my order and that they will give me a refound or new shoes, i choose refound but ive been waiting it for 2 months, nobody is answering my mails for a past month. They are a scam company dont buy anything from them they will scam you.

This company is a scam. I’m not convinced they actually exist. Item said it was delivered when blatantly never arrived. Can’t get in touch with customer service. Instagram should not allow this company to advertise on their platform.

Truffatori .l’ordine NON arriva e vi danno un numero di tracking sbagliato. In seguito Non riesci a contattarli perché non rispondo alla mail. Veramente, proprio dei ladri. Non acquistate Mai da loro. se non volete perdere i soldi!! Su Instagram sono sotto il nome di MILANFIT! milanfit da galera. Spero che si affoghino, con le bevute che si faranno grazie ai miei soldi.

Angeblich hat FedEx das Paket verschlampt. Auf meine Reklamation hin, hat man mich noch freundlich gefragt, ob ich replacement oder refund möchte. Da dachte ich noch, kann ja mal passieren und Replacement gewählt. Im Grunde hat es die Verarschung nur verlängert. Aus 80€ Schaden wird man schlau! Finger weg von dieser betrügerischen Firma!

This company are con artists. I ordered some new balance x Aime Leon dore's via instagram and stupidly didnt check the website to see how legitimate they were. After two weeks of waiting, they shared an incorrect Fedex tracking number, so in their eyes - have delivered my parcel - even though the parcel in question is from a different company and delivered to a different address. Multiple emails and IG messages have gone unanswered. If you think you're getting a bargain, you're not. You're getting ripped off!

Scam. This website scammed my sister when ordering pair of shoes. They sent FedEx tracking number and ID and the shoes were claimed to have arrived and been signed for but the package was never delivered. Do not order off this website.
