Agree with most other reviews. It look like customer services is staffed by bots/AI, you just get the same email responses over and over.
Don't waste your cash here, shop elsewhere.

Clothing sizes are way off. They respond to return inquiries to tell you where to send back the item, but once you've done so, they won't get back to you. So, you've sent them back the defective item and you've got nothing to show for it. The return address is a warehouse in New Jersey that, on Google Maps, appears to be closed up. They do business as Milan Republic and Monaco Republic. PLEASE AVOID THIS "COMPANY."

Cheap quality and would not respond to any of my email for a refund. Waste of $70. Paper feels softer than the shirts. Do not waste your time or money with this. It’s a social media scam!

Similar story to the others. My order did not fit and I requested a refund. They responded a week offering a 15% discount. I did not accept and requested my refund or an exchange for a larger size. No answer. I wish I read these reviews prior.

3rd class shop i have ever seen.. i had given a a order to stitch uniform on 1st of August 2024, and they have committed to make the delivery on 7th or last to last 8th of August.

On 8th August they have told me that they have forgotten that earlier but surely I'll get it by 10th.

On 10th August when i came here , they have promised me that it will get it done by 12th i.e monday..

And today on 12th when i'm here again to get it, they are saying me to come tomorrow..
Totally unprofessional behavior

Quality is poor, shrinks after washing. Sent wrong size, offered me 15% - did not accept - offered me 30% discount - I accepted. Since then nobody reacts to my mails, money is gone. Social Media scam - do not recommend

I wish I’d read these comments before wasting my money. Like others, I ordered a shirt in XL but they sent XXL. Not that it matters because I won’t be wearing it. The material is far too lightweight, and it’s been made by someone who’s been shown a picture of a shirt, then told to make one like that. Sub standard - keep away from this Chinese ripoff company.

Sent me the wrong order completely. When i asked for return and refund, they responded to my email a week later saying how about 15% off your order and you keep the item. I then went back and told them they sent me a Medium shirt and i wear XL so even if I wanted to wear the trash shirt, it wouldn't fit. They never responded to my numerous emails the past month and the complete disregard for customers is why this business will fail. My $50 shirt is now used to pick up my dogs poop in the back yard.

Biggest rip of ever. Ordered an xl they sent a small and offered me 10 percent money back. Clothes are absolutely horrible material. Avoid completely

Bought a jacket - looked at reviews which were very poor and requested my money to be refunded. Milanrepublic would not refund
Received the jacket - ordered an XL size - what I received was a small size
Tried to send back - offered me 15% discount
Have not heard from milanrepublic again

As with others comments this company is a scam. Sends the wrong size and you can’t get in touch with them. They have an email address but dont reply. Disgusting!

Very bad!! I wish I would have looked at trustpilot before I ordered. Wrong size and poor quality. I want to return and get my money back but no one is answering my email.
Expensive lesson, I got scammed. Do not order when interested through social media canals as Instagram or Facebook.

I can’t give a zero star, so I will do what can. While I didn’t expect much for the price, they didn’t even send size that I ordered. No reply to email. Pretty effing cheap. While I don’t get into Chinese bashing, these guys don’t help their cause.

Clothing sizes are completely wrong the large size is more like a small. They don't have a returns policy so your stuck with the item you buy. I wouldn't recommend buying from these unless you have experienced their sizes. They also do not reply to emails when you contact them

Have received part of my order, man’s shirt, well it’s meant to be a size L no way won’t even fit me I’m a size 10, made with cheap material, I’ve messaged them no reply , waiting on the shorts to arrive !!!!

What a scam! I’ve ordered something on their website and when received (2 weeks later) it was undersized and from a very poor quality.

I’ve tried to returned the item but was offered 30% discount to keep the item! What a joke! How I’m supposed to wear it?
When I tried to return I’ve been asked to do it in China at my own cost.
I will report this company to UK consumer advice bureau without delay and will make sure all the troll to go out on twitter and instagram from my 80k followers!

Total scam, nothing they mail you (3 weeks from China) will look or be of the fabric advertised. Wrong sizes, wrong colors, cheap polyester crap, poor stitching, raggy edges.

Beware, DO NOT give this company any of your money!

Product shipped from China, too weeks to arrive, was not as described fit, and they mess you about when you demand a return.

I ordered online. The items arrived and in no way looked like advertised. They were the incorrect size and the fabric was incorrect. I have tried to contact them but unable to do so.
This is a scam and I wish I had read the very bad and accurate reviews before I ordered the clothing.

Ripped me off for 133 pounds keep sending me emails saying they give me 15 per cent off if I keep the clothes. Erm no I returned them . Where’s my money. Police report has been done
