Engaged with a few companies prior to contacting McCarthy Group and had no expectations in this case.
Initial discussions were with staff member Alan, where our requirements were highlighted.
He genuinely exceeded all expectations on his call back, fully customer centric and focused on our request; presented a range of products that aligned with our request. He provided an above par customer service and importantly we were not made to feel like a monetary statistic for the company.
Think a few companies out there could learn a thing (or two) on customer service from McCarthy group.

I cannot recommend Louise in the Cahirciveen office highly enough! She is extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in every aspect of insurance.
