Great experience using Men In Black for a stove cleaning service. Easy booking system, very good communication and received updates when the time was changed (10 mins earlier). Matheus who came to do the work was polite, punctual, efficient and very nice to deal with. He left our living room spotless afterwards also. Will absolutely use their service again.

Good job but beware of promotions they offer.
Pros: the guy who came was friendly and did a good job.
Cons: a bit of a rush to get ready as they rang nearly 3 hours before scheduled time to say they could come earlier - but I got there.
Also very frustratingly they would not accept a promo code that I used when I booked the job back in August. I wrote an email to feedback my disappointment and put a review on Google. The company stated that the promo code was for bookings made in August - which mine was. They offered me €40 to take down the review which I declined as I believe my feedback is fair and accurate. They need to develop a consistent policy on their promos and how they manage same.

The 3 guys were friendly and professional, quick, hard working and clean. Excellent job done. My only negative comment would be the cost. I only needed the front done but was charged the 85 euro minimum fee which I felt was a bit expensive.

Highly recommend.
This is my fourth time using MIB and each time has been a very positive experience. They arrive at the exact time booked, the operatives are very couerteous and professional and do an excellent job. They are very careful moving ladders and other equipment through the house, and clean up after they finish. I would highly recommend.
