The worst customer support ever

I have been contacted by Jonathan Scott Rothschild - he is claiming to be real person - but if you google his WhatsApp photo - you will see that the photo taken from the German website from the person named Paull Hofmann.

I have details of scam - they are trying to pretend to be different people and companies they are not.

This is a scam company. They conspired with scammers and stole money. Stay away!

They are just steeling your money!!
Say they will help you to recover your money, but once you madea deposit they say that because of new European rules i need to do it again!!!!
This is SCAM FRAUDE!!!!!

I got a contact at their UK office and my experience is very poor. These are real scammers; stay away from them

I have 2k7 usdt in my account. They sent an email at 25th dec saying that they'll close for maintaince but not to say how long it would takes and asked me to close all the remain open-positions which is -1k1 usdt and I have to withdraw the money before 25th. How could I do it at the holiday ? And dont did not they send an email a few days before ? This is totolly a scam to me. Everyone should not use this app. Stay away from them.

Me chamo Cláudia Schützer de Magalhães (fone: 55 11 97668.6243)e no dia 09/09/24 recebi uma ligação, de um número de Londres, de uma pessoa chamada Carla Andrade me posicionando sobre meus investimentos feitos na XProMarkets em 2022. Segundo ela, que representava a empresa Meta-Quotes Support e Ciphers-Tech, tinha todas as informações , bem detalhadas e precisas sobre meus investimentos na XProMarkets. Me foi informado, por ela, que a empresa XProMarkets fez uso ilegal dos meus investimentos e que eu estava sendo contatada pela Meta-Quotes e Ciphers para receber de volta o dinheiro investido e nunca pago a mim. Posteriormente me ligou um homem, supostamente chamado Roberto, se dizendo o superior da Carla, para me ajudar a ter todo meu investimento de volta. Foi falado e apresentado uma tela de computador, pelo Roberto que eu possuía o valor de U$ 239,234.02 (duzentos e trinta e nove mil duzentos e trinta e quatro dólares e zero dois centavos) o que equivalia na época em 4.09004720 BTC(quatro virgula zero nove zero zero quatro sete dois zero Bitcoins). Foi apresentada tb uma declaração escrita comprovando estes valores. Foi neste momento que ele me cobrou um valor de R$ 35.000,00 (trinta e cinco mil reais) declarando que seria para a garantia da transação. OK, acreditei neste safado e estelionatário e paguei. Dias mais tarde ele cobrou outro de valor de 78.000,00(setenta e oito mil reais) alegando que seria para pagar os advogados envolvidos na transação. Disse que todos estes valores eu os teria de volta qdo o processo fosse terminado. Diante da minha negação me foi enviada uma carta de renúncia, a qual eu não assinei. Depois eu fiz uma proposta de pagar R$50.000,00 (cinquenta mil reais) o que foi aceito e então fiz o pagamento com a promessa de receber tudo de volta e mais o montante dos Bitcoins. Assim que fiz e segundo pagamento ele me pediu para aguardar um momento na linha para realizar a transferência para minha conta da Binance. Em seguida a ligação caiu e o site da Ciphers Techtb caiu. E eles desapareceram. Fiquei sem meu dinheiro e sem meus Bitcoins. DIGO A VCS, TOMEM CUIDADO, ELES SÃO UMA QUADRILHA DE LADRÕES E ESTELIONATÁRIOS TODOS AGINDO EM COMUM ACORDO. TOMEM CUIDADO, SÃO PESSOAS DA PIOR ESPÉCIE, BANDIDOS E MARGINAIS.
DIANTE DO EXPOSTO, EXIJO UMA RESPOSTA IMEDIATA E ESCALECEIMENTOS DA XPROMARKETS, CIPHERS E METAQUOTES, INCLUINDO UMA EXPLICAÇÃO SOBRE O VAZAMENTO DAS MINHAS INFORMAÇÕES CONFIDENCIAIS E O RESSARCIMENTO PELOS DANOS FINANCEIROS E EMOCIONAIS SOFRIDOS. METAQUOTES LTD.
Sono stato contattato da un certo signor Andrea che mi ha convinto a fare investimenti per trading. Ho fatto versamenti e alcune operazioni. Alla fine il mio conto di METAQUOTES è stato bloccato e il mio ipotetico stratosferico guadagno di circa 2.280.000 Euro è stato congelato in attesa che io versi 100.000 Euro. Non ho più disponibilità e non posso prelevare dal mio conto perché bloccato. SONO IN ATTESA DI RECUPERARE I MIEI SOLDI.

LIQUIDITYX
La società è stata bloccata dalla CONSOB. Sono stato contattato da FTX-invest.com che dice di operare a nome CONSOB e mi ha chiesto di versare in anticipo 25.000 Euro per recuperare il capitale perso a causa della LIQUIDITYX. Non ho più disponibilità. ASPETTANO UNA MIA RISPOSTA.

Vengo contattato dalla signora Iris John che a nome a nome della BLOCKCHAIN mi comunica che per riavere i soldi; che risultano in conti a me cointestati in criptovalute pari 963.828 Euro sorti dalle truffe subite. La somma è esorbitante rispetto ai versamenti da me fatti ma la signora mi spiega che le variazioni nelle quotazioni delle criptovalute hanno prodotto un utile molto elevato Devo pagare 17349 Euro per il cambio da criptovaluta a Euro e poi scopro la truffa

BINANCE 1
Sono stato contattato dalla sedicente signora Emily Infante che ha detto di essere dipendente della Binance che mi ha convinto a fare diversi bonifici a favore di Bertaccinni S presentato come intermediario affidabile. Mi ha consigliato di fare anche versamenti su un mio conto di Crypto.com, versamenti che sono stati passati attraverso un mio conto aperto su Binance a un wallet che io credevo essere sotto il mio controllo, ma non era così. I MIEI SOLDI SONO SCOMPARSI.

BINANCE 2
Sono stato contattato da un certo signor Giancarlo che ha detto di essere dipendente della Binance e mi ha proposto di versare circa 180.000 Euro per recuperare oltre 900.000 Euro che non ho mai posseduto e che non so da dove provengano. SONO STATO INSULTATO PER NON AVER ACCETTATO LA PROPOSTA.

BINANCE 3
Sono venuto in contatto con un certo signor Antonio che ha detto di essere dipendente della Binance e mi ha proposto di versare circa almeno 15.000 Euro per recuperare parte dei 200.000 Euro versati al signor Bertaccinni. Non ho più disponibilità. ASPETTA UNA MIA RISPOSTA.

CRYPTO.COM
Ho dei soldi su un conto di questo exchange. Per recuperarli mi è stato chiesto di pagare una tassa del 2,5%. Non ho più disponibilità. NON HO NOTIZIE.

HO CHIESTO DI AVERE SOLO QUANTO INVESTITO, NON MI INTERESSANO I GUADAGNI FARAONICI PROMESSI. HO CHIESTO DI POTER UTILIZZARE QUANTO C’E’ NEI MIEI CONTI, MA NON LO PERMETTONO.
Spero che quanto esposto possa servire a dissuadere qualcuno a fare investimenti avventati come purtroppo ho fatto io che sono ridotto alla miseria.

Run away from them if you don't want to lose your funds. Their new software is terrible and it will only just waste your money. I'm saying this from experience because I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend Paiva. They do pay.

Metaquote does not like negative reviews. After my last review saying Metaquote had kept ALL of my money for a months and I received this reply:
"We are sorry to see your review!
However, after a further assessment of our records, it appears that you are not a customer of ours.." You must be kidding me after withholding my life savings.

Very very hard to withdraw your money and then it turns out that your money is less than you put in when it was gaining profit comfortably for 6 months.What can I say, the reviews speak for themselves and they will probably still reply under this review. Amount in question 671,830 USD. Withdrawal request was made on 8 May. I was relentless, as well as Informing Police and instructing "ᴏptera securities" as they were able to forcefully recoup 100% of my proceedings.

NOTE: To prospective clients my advice is don't step into this Financial hole.

Experienced trader here. Most of these reviews are confusing the MT4/5 software with the brokers who use it.

Yes, MetaQuotes is a somewhat sleazy company and supplies their platform to some scammy brokers, but they supply many highly reputable brokers too. Just make sure your MT4/5 broker is regulated by one of the major authorities like the US, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Japan or Australia and you'll be fine.

As for the software, it's crufty as hell. The charting is ho-hum, the programming language is horrible, and the backtesting features are primitive. But they are the dominant player, so there is a HUGE ecosystem of addons and tutorials to help you work around the issues.

Personally I'd avoid them. There are many better charting and algo platforms for trading FX/CFDs. But millions make money with their platform, and it's perfectly workable at a pinch.

I would gladly avoid them. Every of their ways are not true. I have lost money to them. Only Abhash platform is consistent and genuine. I just got another payout there few hours ago.

Avoid dealing with any firm or organisation that uses MetaTrader4 or MetaTrader5 as their trading platform

I have reported one of the empyes in MetaQuotes to the police fot theft. I have also informed Western Union I reviewed has used Western Union.

Very bad company. The new version of Metatrader 4 software (build 1420) has disconnected all my brokers from this trading plateforme but with some trades still openning. I lost $10,550 of real money. I posted a comments on their forum to have answers, they excluded me! This company does not care about its customers. Definitely it's not a serious company.

I cannot recommend the metaquote VPS. I hired this VP service and changed my expert advisor Robot to a new one. Despite erasing the old robot, the charts and everything pertaining to my former expert advisor the system would not migrate, and the old advisor would continue to perform stock markets operations, resulting in losses for me. The system kept telling me that the cloud server was off, however I am paying for the cloud server to be on!!! The Support of the metaquote staff is virtually non-existent. They take up up to three business days to answer any ticket, but that time you might have lost a great deal of money !
