The company keeps calling from different numbers and is harrassing me over email too. They claim that i invested in a trading company that went bankcrupt and that my account was sold to them and that i need to access my account in their platform and they will assist me in recovering my account and get my money back. The email seemed so unprofessional , which company in this day and age will ask for personal data over the phone ? I told them on the phone im not interested in recovering my account and the representative got angry as to why i dont want to do that and i told them i think you are a scam and dont want to share anything with you. He then asked me how did i verify that they are a scam and ofc i just closed the call.

This company is scammer that have your personal information. They will call your phone. Rescam you again. Just ignore their call. It won't help you recover any money.

They make pressure with fake promises to recover my money, and when I asked for an email from the company, they took so long and insisted on first getting the access to your phone and money and then the email. He wanted to be on the phone. The language was not appropriate for someone who lost all money.
Email sent by them:

It is essential that you act promptly to initiate the process, as the funds allocated to you have already been recovered.

The company MetaQuotes is responsible for providing MetaTrader4/5 with the software used by all investment platforms. For this reason, we have been able to recover certain transactions; however, unfortunately, we were not able to reach all affected individuals.

This platform is a total NO for me. They are not trustworthy. I was one of their victim I cannot recommend them to anyone. Thanks goodness for Good merit. They are so reliable and i have been getting paid.
