The course was easy to follow and structure. The added voice recording is a win, I could read and listen at the same time. I appreciate the fact that I can always go back and revisit any of the modules. I enjoyed the course and most off the information I could relate to.

What an amazing course. A self paced and informative world of everything menopause. I have learned so much about my own menopause. I htought I had it easy but actually foudn symptoms I hadn't recognised at the time. I thought I had burnout at times but in fact it was symptoms of menopause!
I am so looking froward ot taking the work of sharing this with as many women as possible making their midlife journies more informed.

Dee's presentation was absolutely brilliant, eloquently explained and eye-opening about what menopause is, why it happens, how we can help navigate symptoms as well as what's wonderful about it. Our work with Dee and the Menopause Experts Group includes access to their wonderful self-education platform, overflowing with rich and insightful information about menopause. The team are so passionate and knowledgeable, able to share this information in an engaging and informative manner. I can't recommend them highly enough.

What made my experience great while completing my Menopause Experts Group (MEG) as it's affectionally known is knowing I was surrounded by such a wonderful community of people also completing their training and the team at MEG, nothing is too much of a hassle for them when you reach out with questions. That feeling of almost a Mumma Bear hug/blanket of support is just ahmazing.

The training was very informative, but in a very easy to learn format. I gained a lot of knowledge that will help me personally with my own health struggles and I hope to share my new found knowledge and better understanding of the Menopause with other women who are also struggling. Massive thanks to MEG.

As a non-healthcare practitioner and a perimenopausal woman, I was initially apprehensive about the course. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how accessible the course materials are.

They are easy to read, digest, and follow, even for those who are not scientifically minded. I am now looking forward to educating women and supporting them in the workforce and making them see and feel that they still have a part to play even with Brain Fog. Additionally, I believe it is important for men to understand the complexities of both perimenopause and menopause within a work environment and provide additional support when women need it the most!

I found the information provided to be incredibly current and relevant, which is a refreshing change, considering I am constantly striving to stay updated on the latest industry, professional development courses additionally, there were also new insights and details that I was not previously aware of adding value to my overall learning experience. Excellent and comprehensive online training, well presented and extremely user friendly. As a healthcare professional information I found the content was well structured and informative.

I really enjoyed the program, coming from a health coaching background and having done my own research on menopause the program put it together in an easy to follow program where i could fill in some of the missing links.
