I ordered 4x8GB RAM to upgrade my old HP xw6600 Workstation.
The package was hit during transport and two kits (16GB) were damaged. Memory stock immediately without its responsibility, returned the money to me for the two kits.
So, I installed 16GB that works great.

Exceptional service throughout!!! better than Amazon price and service wise. Paid just $5 USPS First Class but received in 2 days! Incredible service. Communication excellent - ordered in error, asked for refund, and received credit in an hour with communicated resolution. Premium service often unappreciated and unseen with businesses, but I give 5 star recommendation and validation to Memory Stock.

Ordered 2GB memory for a laptop. Once I received it, and popped it in and the laptop wouldn't boot. Sent an email and got a reply from Sam G I, he immediately said he would send a replacement. I got it a few days later and this time worked like a charm.

The memory module worked fine and upgrade my computer very easily. Excellent customer support when I had questions. Good company to work with.

I was a bit reluctant to purchase a RAM at first since I am not knowledgeable enough but MEMORY STOCK MADE IT EASY. Price is so competitive and affordable compared to Amazon and the item was delivered with care and super fast. Came after 3 days
Of ordering. Expected it will be after a week since its standard UPS delivery. Best thing free shipping even my item was only at 25 usd. Hopefully you will have 8 gb ram stock available for my ASUS next time. I checked its mostly n/a in other sites. My 2012 PC is way faster now. Kudos!

I purchased some RAM for a laptop. They did not work so I attempted to return them. I submitted a request on their website but received no response so several days later I submitted a second request. I did not get any response to that either so I called and spoke to a customer service rep that told me to just send back the modules and I would get a refund. I did so but the package was just returned to me as "refused" by the recipient.

It is only $30 but I will never do business with this company again.

I ordered 2x4GB RAM to upgrade my old HP ProBook 4510s. MemoryStock sent email to check that my PC used DDR2 memory. Some models of this PC use DDR3 memory. I confirmed the DDR2 memory and received my order in a few days by USPS Priority Mail. It was brand name Crucial RAM. I removed the old 4 GB RAM, installed the new 8 GB RAM and my PC booted up Windows 10 Pro no problem. Working great. Good price. Good product. Good service. Lifetime Warranty. I will use them again for memory purchases.

Very good customer client assistance. I upgrade my Dell notebook changing the two memories RAM 4GB , installed, in a Dell inspiron 14z (5423) for two of 8GB each one . The notebook is working PERFECT their system and was succcesfull . I'm very pleased. Best regards for all the team of MemoryStock

product not corresponding despite the configurator, I paid the most expensive shipping to be insured; I sent the product back to them and since then they have been making the deaths when I ask them for reimbursement of expenses

I bought memory for my computer HP Z600 I order online and in 4 days the package was here in Italy where I live, installed today anything working fine without problems

The company is not cooperative. First, this sends defective material and then with delay. Fedex would be willing to reimburse the costs but Memorystock is too lazy to sign up for fedex, very bad support. I will never order anything from memorystock and you should not.

Well, I am one who can give the usual maximum characters in leaving a comment or review, but sometimes I am not in the mood. Sometimes a review is asked for and it is just too early in the purchase process to give one. I know enough now to leave this.

I have now several reasons to give Memory Stock five stars. One reason is that after a first purchase, i decided to try a second purchase for a second computer. The first purchase I really cannot add to what some commenters have left here. I was attempting to upgrade an old Gateway laptop of mine and had no idea what I was looking for. Surprisingly Memory Stock has an analyzer on its website that is quite accurate. At least fortunately for me it was exact on that first purchase. I say that because on my second desire to purchase an upgrade for an old Lenovo tower, I understood that analysis enough to realize I would try to get a clarification from Memory Stock's on-line form e-mail as the website suggests or I could have used its live chat, I guess, but I did not.

All right. To make this short, my first purchase came within a few days and the laptop has been working as an upgraded computer should which means that delivery was A-1 and the quality of the memory cards are A-1.

My second computer I bought new, but believe it was hand put together from the shop. What the on-sight evaluation showed was correct by the motherboard, but not as the insides of the computer are. A Sam G. got back to me within hours and asked me for more detail. How he managed to figure out the real insides of my computer is beyond me right down to the model. He explained to me via e-mail what the machine really is and what it really needs. I found paperwork from my purchase of ten years ago after that e-mail and lo and behold, it confirmed what Sam was telling me. If I would have purchased what the motherboard was reading, I would have paid for a more expensive item that most likely would not have worked. If that had happened, I might not have been out here giving five stars at this time. So sometimes some common sense must be relied upon, but of course if I did not have knowledge of my equipment to begin with, I might not have known to dig deeper and thereby think I was being wronged in the analysis even with the first purchase working like a clock in time.

To sum it up, the website is full of information pertaining to memory cards. The delivery was hassel-free in that my product arrived within days and the extended assistance I received from Sam to investigate what I was saying about my computer with their computer memory readout is not usually done by most representatives nor sales people. The quality of the items so far seems like they will last much longer than the rest of computer parts.

What more can be said other than I believe that a copy of this (so I will not have to write it from scratch again--haha) is going up in another place or so as my way to say that I do recommend buying from Memory Stock? Oh, and although I never bothered to check on my first purchase, with this second purchase I discovered that you can't beat the general price of all the product. It is a win-win.

There aren't enough words to describe the service I received from this company. While I was searching the net for RAM that didn't cost more than my laptop..lol, I came across Memory Stock. Not only did they have my old laptop RAM in stock and at an insanely low price, they had a live chat with a technician if you had any questions along the way

I had a tech named John, and when I tell you this man went above and beyond the average service to help me, that is no joke. It was wonderful. He was able to explain to me how the RAM functioned and that my removable slot may be damaged because it wasn't reading the new memory. They have a test on their website that you can download and run to see what you have and what you're able to upgrade to.

John walked through every step with answering my questions and returning my emails promptly when I thought I was going crazy...lol. He is patient, courteous, intelligent and kind. I cannot thank him enough for his service. These days, customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside, but John delivered and over delivered!! Thank You John and Thank You Memory Stock!!!

I do believe that this company will prosper becoz of their sensitivity and patience with the customer.The quality of RAM memory is excellent for your computer.Visit their website and you can get satisfaction.
