Several months has passed, we needed an Enterprise IDRAC license for our servers coming from the Express version. I inquired if our purchase from last year included an Enterprise license, to which they responded quickly, advising us that it is indeed included but the license was sent out by Dell a little later after the hardware shipped. No issues here, just impressed on the speed of their aftersales support, 9 months from the purchase date.

Took a couple of days to get the file, which is expected with IDRAC, but other than that everything went well and way cheaper than going to Dell! Support also answered my question quickly and helped me with any issues.

You're exactly right, not every used spinning disk is the same. At TechMikeNY, we have developed a suite of testing procedures -- distilled into our comprehensive testing software TIPS. Due to our use of TIPS and to our packaging and shipping procedures, we are able to provide industry leading low RMA rates on all storage leaving our facilities. However, once a drive is in the hands of a carrier, uncontrollable damage may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team was able to get replacement drives sent out to you.

Prices are good. I ordered some rails for a Dell server and they were shipped same day despite ordering in the afternoon. Shipping costs aren't bad. They are very responsive.
