I'm so glad I found a K-beauty site that offers products I haven’t seen on other stores! I’d been searching everywhere for the Clio cushion foundation, and this was the only place that had it in stock. Even better, they shipped it out the very next day. After placing my first order, I browsed the rest of the site and found tons of other items I can't wait to grab in my next purchase

Faulty Korean face masks
I bought from here as I wanted the viral Korean face masks I ordered 2 boxes 1 for me and one for a friend in Spain for travel however they was some sort fault batch they wouldn’t even stay on peeling off k returned 1 partial box due to this issue but couldn’t the other bit I think faulty batch but they say no one else has complained The customer service wasn’t great I wouldn’t use again

I had an issue with my parcel at the start but they got back to me as soon as possible and sorted out my issue straightaway and were friendly about it and very understanding, which I appreciate as a new customer. Also, I like how they present their free samples in a small envelope instead of scattered everywhere.

Love it!
This is my second time ordering from Melon and Starfish and I'm very happy with my experiences. They have a great range of products, the shipping is always fast and the packaging is cute. Overall, a great K-Beauty site that I plan to purchase more from in the future :).

Excellent customer service. I was a bit hesitant when ordering as I was unsure what the best product to order for my skin. Melon & Starfish were amazing. They answered all my emails and queries quickly and gave me some really good recommendations. This also gave me the confidence to place my first order with them.

My orders have always been shipped out very quickly and arrived on time. The orders are also packed in cute packaging and the free samples given are such a nice treat too! They have all the must have items and I’ve been happy with every item I’ve tried. My skin has improved so much already.
