We sincerely apologise that your order was cancelled and that our team did not contact you at the time to let you know.
Following our investigation, we found that the cancellation was carried out by our warehouse team due to the product being damaged. Unfortunately, the correct procedure was not followed on our system, which meant you were not notified of the cancellation when this happened.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and are very sorry for both the inconvenience and lack of communication. We are reviewing this internally to help ensure this does not happen again in future.

The poster child for online shopping! 🥰
This was my first time shopping with Melon and Starfish, but it definitely won't be my last! Firstly, customer service was fantastic; I had quite a few pre order questions and they were answered quickly and thoroughly. I received my dispatch email within about 25 minutes of ordering (!) and my order arrived 2 days later. It was beautifully wrapped in pink tissue paper and care had obviously been taken to ensure no damage to the products in transit. I also received 2 free gifts. There was even a note on the box saying 'Don't leave unattended, hand to recipient' which is great as my postman has a habit of leaving things on the doorstep without knocking; I don't think he was impressed! 😆, but I was! If you are reading this and are at all hesitant shopping here - don't be; Melon and starfish are a fantastic company and this has been an absolutely faultless shopping experience from start to finish. This is how online shopping should be! Thank you Melon and starfish - I'll be back very soon. 🥰

the product is horrible ended up in hospital with server skin reaction and had to have steroids this is a horrible product and the company is a fraud selling unlicensed products do not buy your skin will not thankyou

Always a great experience
Melon + Starfish never do me wrong. Delivery is quick, products are packaged well with care and the samples are a welcome bonus to try new things. I shop regularly and find the website easy to use. Maybe the only downside is a few things sell out which is disappointing but it’s to be expected. Will certainly keep buying all my skincare with Melon + Starfish in the future!

I’ve been a customer for a few years…
I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I highly recommend them.
Products are authentic, they provide free samples with every order, and they pay attention to and action any notes you add to your order. It might be considered a small thing but I really appreciate it as it avoids issues with lost or stolen parcels and is opposite to what I’ve experienced with other K-beauty sellers.
