Very responsive customer service, fast shipping.

Extremely poor communication once a return is involved.

I ordered a set of keycaps from MechMods UK, but after receiving them I realized I did not like the color of the set in person. I requested a return the same day, which was completely within their own returns policy and UK consumer cancellation rights.

To be clear, the return was accepted quickly, and I repacked the item in the exact same packaging it arrived in. Royal Mail tracking shows that the returned item was delivered back to them on June 4.

The problem started after they received the item. Since delivery, I have had no confirmation that the return was received, no refund update, and no meaningful communication at all. I have followed up by email and still received nothing back.

I understand that refunds can take a few days to process, but ignoring a customer — even after follow up emails — after receiving the returned item is unacceptable. The item is back with them in the same perfect condition and I am still left chasing my refund.

If this is not resolved within the expected refund period, I will have to recover the money by raising a dispute against MechMods UK through my payment provider, which is a waste of time and should not be necessary.

Very disappointing experience. Buying from them was easy, but returning the item and getting basic communication has been unnecessarily frustrating.

They are amazing! Questions are answered almost immediately, and dispatching takes only few days. To Netherlands the shipping took only 5 days and the price is also super reasonable as well compared with other keyboard vendors in the EU. Love them and will order switches and other keyboards again.

The process was great from start to finish. First time ordering from MechMods and will definitely be back. Delivery was quicker than most other places to Northern Ireland, offering a 24hr Royal Mail service. Good prices and great services. Would highly recommend!

Good quality items, and customer service is great! When i received my order, one of the sets was missing 1 piece. I contacted them to let them know and very quickly they resent a full set again. The shipping is very quick and they have a very responsive team!
