McSport Anmeldelser

Once the initial email was picked up the service was very quick and effective.

I recently ordered a small set of 6kg dumbbells from McSport about a week ago and when it arrived I discovered that a small resistance band was missing. I have since received great customer care and support in all my emails with Akshay and the missing resistance band arrived promptly via DPD on the very next day. As an added surprise the package also contained a 2nd resistance band inside. It was a very kind gesture and I can honestly say that I wouldn't hesitate to order from McSport again in the future as they have a very good range of products to choose from and they also have been a great company to deal with.

Support is awesome!
I want to commend Akshay. What I got from him is clear and superb support. He is the best support that Ive encountered.

I wanted to change the item that I bought. And he walk me through the process smoothly. He was clear with the information and he is reassuring.

Delivery is on track!
Once the purchase change was complete. I got the call from delivery guy. I missed it though. So I have to wait for a day. But all is well. Got the item in perfect condition.

Good Product
Able to use the treadmill immediately, though the setup takes a while. But happy with it so far.

Recently bought a table tennis table, there was a slight issue which Akshay in customer service handled so professionally. Really prompt reply and great service.

Thank you very much to all team. Fast feedback and helpful 🤍💪

Recently bought a 40kg Hammertone Dumbell set, however I received a 30kg Dumbbell set instead. I was dealt with Akshay who was very professional and offered me a refund for the difference. I am very happy with my experience with McSport and will use them again in the future.

Very friendly greeting and introduced themselves, which I like to know a persons name when I call, very helpful and very efficient,
I received my proforma on email when I ended the call, so quick!

Had an issue with an item damaged in transport. Akshay got it sorted out for me very quickly with minimal hassle. Very pleased with the levels of service.

Items purchased for a home gym upgrade. Since the items were on list of bulky items we wanted to arrange delivery for a week I knew I would be there to receive. Phillip and Kerri were a pleasure to deal with and order was easily placed over the phone where details were taken for deliery time frame and order put on hold in warehouse to be released for that week.

Slightly left down by the delivery company but once communicated to the team at McSport, work was completed behind the scenes and delivery arrived on time.

Products are of high quality and quiet reasonably priced.

I will be using McSport again in the future

Thank you. I had an issue with an order and Ashkay was superb. Excellent customer service. He was so helpful. Resolved the issue immediately and made me feel confident that all would be well.

Akshay is absolutely amazing.
The customer service he delivered to me was the best I’ve ever received in 37 years on this planet.

First time shopping with McSport, they have gained a customer for life because of this man. Well done, I cannot praise highly enough.
I would give 10 stars if I could to you and your company.

Many thanks to Philly, store manager and team for helping my wife to purchase the KingSmith treadmill. She immediately felt welcomed, and satisfied with the explanations from the knowledgeable staff. And they help to carry the heavy equipment to her car. Thank you!

Yatin was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to throughout the entire transaction. He kindly accommodated my request to change the delivery details without any hassle and even offered free shipping, which was a pleasant surprise. The whole process was smooth, and his friendly communication made everything easier. Highly recommended!

McSport as always, very responsive and extremely helpful, always grateful to receive such good customer service.

Amazing service, I can't fault them. Akshay and the company are true to getting things resolved. I highly recommend 👌🏽

Ordered a few bits from McSport and delivery was very prompt, partially delivered over two days but that was fine as I wasn't in a rush. I discovered that one set of the dumbbells I ordered were slightly damaged. After contacting customer service, I was quickly looked after and the issue was rectified.
I would have no problem shopping with this company again!
