McSport Anmeldelser

Work with McSport on a yearly basis, purchasing sports equipment for our school.

Always great customer service. Willing to help, respond immediately and fast, consistent delivery time.

Genuinely incredible customer support experience, Hailie, who was a superstar, had helped my with a set of adjustable dumbbells that I've purchased a number of years back. The equipment simply failed due to wear and tear but Hallie sourced a replacement part, kept me updated and even delivered earlier that expected.

Genuinely top class customer service

With the addition of a reformer pilates studio to our leisure club we sourced our beds from MC Sport - Anamika helped throughout the process in a very efficient and professional way - from our quote, to ordering to keeping us updated on deliveries and installation. The job is now complete and classes are running and great compliments have been given regarding the Align beds. Thank you MC Sport from Banna Beach Leisure Club

The last few years Kerri has been my point of contact for McSport. From quote updates to invoices to delivery service, she provides a first class service, without any delays. The sports equipment is with us within a couple of days for the beginning of the school year, thanks again for such a swift and friendly service.

Customer Service was excellent. Was able to arrange to exchange a faulty item with no issues.

Excellent customer service and provided great advise on various different treadmills.

Most helpful and friendly service from the Customer Service and Sales teams at McSport. Because of my positive experience I would highly recommend dealing with McSport.

As usual a brilliant service, this order was for Size 5 rugby balls, arrived on time but one was faulty. Changed over straight away no trouble. There are some great great online companies and Mc Sport are up there at the top. For a coach and dad McSport have never let me down. Thanks Again

Was helped by Rodrigo Cerutti with my order over the phone. He made the whole experience very straightforward.
Would definitely deal with him again.

I purchased a treadmill and indoor bike , i found the team very knowledgeable from start to finish , especially Rodrigo was very helpful
thanks

thank you to my man Rodrigo, couldn’t have been better . Awesome! From us all At Matchbox Fitness thank you

Very helpful staff, especially Rodrigo, who looked after my order and made sure all details were correct.
Fast and complete delivery.
Great Company to work with.

Excellent service and great quality equipment

I’ve ordered several pieces of gym equipment from McSport and have been very happy with both the quality of the products and the customer service.

My most recent order had an issue with the courier, as an EZ Curl Bar was delayed and temporarily went missing in transit. Although the delivery problem itself was not McSport’s fault, their support team handled the situation extremely well. Hailie was responsive, patient and genuinely helpful throughout, kept me updated and took the issue seriously until it was resolved.

The bar eventually arrived in perfect condition and I’m very pleased with it, just as I have been with the other equipment I’ve purchased from McSport.

Problems with couriers can happen, but what matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and McSport handled it professionally from start to finish.

5 stars from me and I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommended.

Rodrigo was very helpful checking if the exercise bike I wanted was in stock . Super efficient service both in the ordering and the collection process .

The website offered €10 off when you spent €50 or more. I was making a large purchase totalling over €800, I could have made 12 different transactions and saved€10 12 times but I emailed and asked them for a discount instead of doing this. They immediately removed the discount from their website, sent me a quote with a €17 discount but increased delivery from €30 to €40 even though I was going to click and collect the 35 items I wanted to buy.
I am currently starting up my own gym and I have lots more equipment to buy and I won’t be using this company as they are not nice to deal with. I sourced by items in another company at a better price and will be doing all my purchasing there.

Unbelievable service, few bits missing from order, 2 hours after original delivery, missing items were delivered to our door , such great customer service , great experience

While making a purchase in store I was assisted by Danny,Danny's knowledge of the equipment made my experience very pleasant, he was extremely informative and was capable of answering all of my queries, I was also impressed with the store lay out, great range of equipment

I met with rosanna today
We explained to Rosanna we were looking for an all round piece of excerise equipment that would meet our requirements. Rosanna suggested the NordicTrack Airglide LE Eliptical .
Rosanna took our budget into account. I also bought weights.
I really enjoyed our conversation and advice so much so I didn’t have to think about our purchase looking forward to using the NordicTrack Airglide LE Eliptical . Which is ready for collection.
Totally enjoy the experience shopping at mcSport.

I couldn’t recommend this shop highly enough for anyone looking to buy exercise equipment. I ordered the G5 indoor exercise bike, and it was delivered in less than five days. The delivery team was friendly, professional, and very helpful.

The bike itself was incredibly easy to assemble, taking only about 15 minutes. I’ve been using it every day for the past two months, and it’s by far the best exercise bike I’ve ever owned. I’ve had several other brands over the years, but this one is on another level.

One of my favourite features is how quiet it is. Thanks to the belt-driven system, it makes barely any noise while in use, making it perfect for home workouts.

I would highly recommend both this shop and the G5 indoor exercise bike to anyone looking for quality equipment and excellent service.

Dealt with Kerri who was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Gave me great advice on what equipment would suit my needs, and was ready to collect immediately
