Akshay took my call with regards to a problem with my dumbbells. He was very quick to pinpoint the issue and arranged for a replacement plate to be sent the same day. He then followed up with a phone call the following day to ensure that I had received said plate and that I had been successful in replacing the broken one. Amazing customer service! Many thanks!

AKSHAY Was great with me from the start. I bought a lot of equipment off mc in the last few weeks starting up and AKSHAY at customer service helped me with everything. I returned battleropes that were too heavy and I got a full refund and placed another order within days. Excellent service and excellent phone service also . 5 stars. Darren
