Would avoid at all costs
Wanted to overcharge me by £80 when there prices are already inflated then called me back half an hour later to come back into store as they could do it for the quoted original price stupidly I agreed to give money to such a poorly run company

You came into our flagship store to buy a shoe that we had in stock. The colleague of mine who was in the process of doing an "inventory related task" made a mistake as he was in the middle of price checking 3 other similar Black Yeezy 350's models. Now I can appreciate he made the 'Human Error' by misquoting you the incorrect price. After you left the store, he realised the error he made. As he was already in the middle of processing your details he used the number you provided to inform you about the mistake with the price. You gladly came back on your own accord and bought the sneaker in question. My colleague apologized and offered you a complimentary sock which retails for £15 to which you declined; yet proceeded to take one anyway for your girlfriend as you stated.
Leaving a review of this nature is quite puzzling considering I've rewatched the series of events repeatedly to try and identify exactly where we could have excelled any further. A human error was made, however its how we respond to that,
that truly matters.
Considering I have seen you leave the store smiling and content (I have the proof if you wish to see it) - I have to say its rather unfortunate that you felt that way. As a business we go out of our way to ensure that we truly provide an Authentic Product and an excellent customer service. Errors happen and part of that service is how we react to them.
