I am missing half my food on my delivery. And,there is now means to contact the restaurant or,customer services. Nothing! Just the app that don't work and leads your round in circles until you realise, you have just been robbed.

I finally got in touch with someone at uber eats and they refunded the missing items. When I insisted on a full refund as, nobody who pays for a service should go through what we went through last night. They told me to take it up with mcdonald's. And, would you believe! They say, I need to take it up with uber eats.

I told them I'll be leaving honest reviews. And, they couldn't of given a rats anus.

DO NOT USE THIS APP !!
AND, THINK TWICE BEFORE USING UBER EATS !!

Useless app, consistently non responsive especially when you try to use any special offers. They will not add to your order. Infuriating

Every time I try to get rewards due to points earned the item I choose always has item unavailable and absolute con 😔

For a company the size of McDonalds, this app is really no where near acceptable. Whoever designed this app should be fired and also banned from making any other app, it's like it was designed by a child, that has had no education, has been spun around twenty times and sent into a mirror maze.
Extremely slow, fails to work and makes you look like an idiot when in a queue with loads of people. Totally embarrassing.
Just drop your prices and quit it with all the loyalty and points crap.
Just an update : just had an email from McDonald's blaming the user (me), and basically saying I am lying that the app is working. A look down some of the below comments shows that we all must be liars eh?

This is a really bad app.Ordered twice off it and first time driver got lost and than changed driver.zFood arrived cold .Unable to complain on app and noone answers email .Order breakfast this morning aot of items missing .Phoned to complain was shut down with go on app .Knowing that once you paid there don't give a toss..Instead blaming the staff for not packing right orders.But no offer of refund .

Missing items on my order again via McDonald’s App! Called McD HQ they said call the number on the text - I said I never got a text and email had no number. They gave Uber eats number which stated they no longer support that number. Awful awful service all round

I didn’t receive an item that cost over £5, contacted the store they told me to report on the app and the customer service on the app said they wouldn’t refund. The delivery driver company also wouldn’t refund so now I’m hungry and out of pocket.

Shocking mcdonald's is a multimillion pound company and they can't even get there app working correct.. always fails
They should invest some money into there app.

I’ve tried to use the app but had to order from somewhere else the app is so bad how can a multi millionaire company y allow this! I’ve ported from somewhere else

App is very poor, manipulates customers with time on being on time and being able to apply for refunds and cancelling order without cancellation fee very poor!

It's the worst app I have ever used!!! Whenever I want to make an order, I have to uninstall and reinstall it. Sometimes I need to do that abut 3 or 4 times!! You need to invest in a better company to run your app!

Part of the order was missing and it was impossible to claim the cost of the missing items back via the app!
Use Uber Eats directly instead, save yourself the hassle.

Every time I place an order through the app to be delivered. The order is always wrong. Missing items, somebody else’s order being delivered and McDonalds doesn’t want to know. The store will tell you to contact the delivery company that they nominated through their app for any issues. An absolute scam of a service

The worst custom service ever. There's a ALWAYS some issue with orders and they never ever get resolved. I've had burgers without patties, missing items, incorrect items, freezing food.

This app is not fit for purpose go through my order get to payment always an item not available warning even though it is always when a deal is on at the time absolutely shocking last 10 or more visits I've not been able to order through the app missed out on deals and points.

Does not work- absolutely useless. Surprised that a company like McDonalds would associate itself with such a product. Even the staff know it doesn't work.

Keeps glitching, no orders going through. Often have this problem with collections, but now also with deliveries. Useless, went to another takeaway!

Yet again, missing items. Useless customer service. Do not use this app

App really is useless, I can order get the the restaurant and when I say I'm here it says you are not, I give the order number within the app and the can't find d it, so can't take advantage of the deals, even the staff say the app is useless. I have set permissions for location, I can't find any online help, but guess by the rating of the app we are all in the same boat
