Ho letto le tante cattive recensioni solo dopo aver ordinato un maglione dal sito it.mc2saintbarth.com martedì 25 novembre scorso e, ovviamente, tale lettura ha generato il mio timore di aver abboccato a una truffa. Trovo quindi doveroso condividere la mia esperienza positiva, in quanto, il lunedì successivo (30 novembre u.s.), ho ricevuto esattamente ciò che avevo ordinato, senza alcuna sorpresa spiacevole.

Ich habe bei MC2 Saint Barth innerhalb der gesetzlichen 14-Tage-Frist mehrere Artikel aus meiner Bestellung zurückgeben wollen. Obwohl auf der Website nirgends steht, dass „nur eine Rücksendung pro Bestellung“ erlaubt ist, verweigert der Kundenservice die Annahme einer zweiten Rücksendung — selbst wenn man die Versandkosten selbst trägt.

Nach meinem Verständnis steht diese interne Regel im Widerspruch zum EU-Widerrufsrecht, das eine Rückgabe pro Artikel erlaubt und nicht verlangt, alles in einem Paket zu versenden. Ich habe den Kundenservice mehrfach freundlich darauf hingewiesen, aber es blieb bei einer pauschalen Ablehnung.

Für mich wirkt diese Praxis intransparent, nicht verbraucherfreundlich und meiner Meinung nach nicht vereinbar mit den geltenden EU-Verbraucherschutzrechten. Ich werde den Fall daher an die Verbraucherzentrale weitergeben.

Sehr enttäuschend — so etwas habe ich bei keinem anderen europäischen Händler erlebt.

Esperienza personale ottima, merce arrivata dopo 2 giorni con buona confezione e qualità corrispondente alla descrizione. Non riesco proprio a capire le recensioni pessime che ho letto. Io sono veramente soddisfatto e, non solo, comprerò sicuramente altra roba. 👍

Rubbish experience DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY shopping here. Never had such a non professional, commercially incompetent approach to returns. Of course one wouldn’t have had to return the item if the sizing was in any which way correct, but it was patently not.

Pacco mai arrivato e sembra che la colpa dia mia anche se non è mai stato consegnato al indirizzo indicato.

Credo si essere stata truffata, il pacco non è mai arrivato, seguendolo con il tracking il numero era inesistente, e la mail della persona di assistenza non ha mai risposto!

I ordered several items from MC2 Saint Barth in France. While I liked most of the order, one bikini didn’t fit and I returned it. FedEx confirmed they received it weeks before I even got any acknowledgment from them.

I emailed them multiple times asking about my refund — no answer for weeks. Only after I filed a chargeback with my bank did they suddenly reply, saying they couldn’t refund me because of the dispute. Convenient timing.

Trusting them, I canceled the chargeback and even provided an official statement from my bank confirming closure. Despite this, MC2 kept stalling, asking for documents, ignoring their own obligations, and finally telling me they can’t process my refund until weeks later. My bank confirmed they could have refunded me at any time — they simply chose not to.

This company is holding onto customers’ money and wasting time. I still don’t have my refund, months later. I have never experienced such unprofessional and dishonest customer service.

I will be reporting this to consumer protection authorities in Italy and the EU. Their designs may look nice, but they absolutely do not deserve your money or trust.

Swimming shorts started to come unstitched after only a few wears. Their website has no customer support or contact information. Will never buy this product again. And will be telling all my wealthy friends not to buy this expensive product,swim shorts were very pricey. And to post on every social media site with pictures of my swim shorts falling apart.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung mit MC2 Saint Barth
Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde keinerlei Versuch unternommen, mich als Kunden ernsthaft zu beschwichtigen oder kulanterweise ein Gegenangebot zu unterbreiten. Stattdessen erhielt ich wiederholt standardisierte Antworten, die den Eindruck erwecken, man kommuniziere mit einer Maschine – nicht mit einem engagierten Kundenservice.
Gerade von einer Marke, die sich im Premiumsegment positioniert, hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet: echte Kundenorientierung, Dialogbereitschaft und zumindest den Versuch, eine faire Lösung zu finden. Diese Erfahrung war leider ernüchternd und nicht dem Anspruch eines High-End-Unternehmens würdig.

I ordered a pair of swim trunks and I paid $165. A bill from Fed Ex came in the mail for $58.15! I had to pay an additional $58.15 for duty taxes?? I wrote the company and they responded that at the end of the purchase there is a small box (which you have to expand) that states that additional taxes can be charged.It's very shady and NOT customer friendly at all. Not at all open and honest!

I purchased five polo shirts for approximately 750 Euro and returned four of them. It took nearly two months to receive a refund, and even then, only three items were reimbursed. The company misrepresented the status of the refunded items, and customer service was unhelpful and unreliable throughout. Product quality was acceptable, but the overall service was highly unsatisfactory. I will not purchase from this brand again.

Based on numerous similar reviews, the company appears at best to be completely overwhelmed, and at worst to be engaging in malicious business practices. Dont purchase anything at MC2 Saint Barth!

I placed an order for £362 with MC2 Saint Barth because their website clearly advertises “Free Express Shipping for orders over £200.” What they don’t tell you up front is that you’ll be hit with huge hidden costs.

When my order arrived in the UK, FedEx demanded an additional £111 in duties and taxes before they would release the parcel. Nowhere during checkout was this explained. The retailer hides this in small print in their shipping policy, but the bold “Free Shipping” headline is misleading and deceptive.

When I complained, their customer service dismissed my concerns, insisting it was “clearly stated.” It is not. This is misleading advertising, plain and simple.

If you are in the UK (or outside the EU), be warned: your “free shipping” order could easily cost you 30% more than expected. I am filing complaints with the ASA and Trading Standards about this.

Sono d’accordo con tutte le recensioni negative in quanto non hanno un servizio clienti e quindi se hai un problema rimani fregato pur avendo speso tanti soldi !!
Ho comprato una borsa con strass che mi ha sfilato un pantalone di marca dal valore superiore a 300 euro !! Un marchio così famoso di borse dovrebbe saper mettere gli strass in sicurezza in modo che non tirino fili ai vestiti ! Ho provato in ogni modo a contattarli x essere risarcita ma niente ,non hanno mai risposto alle e-mail dei vari indirizzi che si trovano sui siti .. mai più !!

Salve!volevo segnalare a tutti gli utenti di fare molta attenzione agli acquisti on line che riguardano il marchio MC2 Saint Barth. Nel mese di luglio 2025, nel periodo dei saldi ho acquistato on line un telo mare sulla pagina outlet, a prezzo scontatissimo!
Ebbene è un sito truffa!Il prodotto non è mai arrivato! FATE MOLTA ATTENZIONE‼️⚠️
Il mio rammarico non è tanto l’essere stata truffata e aver perso dei soldi (fortunatamente si parla di una piccola cifra!)e neanche aver preso coscienza di essere stata una fessa nel farsi truffare…La delusione più grande l’ho avuta quando ho provato a segnalare il fatto nelle sedi opportune e nel raccontarlo…c’è poca, anzi nessuna tutela dopo una truffa…quindi fate tanta tanta attenzione!
