Overall service was great from start to finish

It was our first time buying a pre owned vehicle in the UK. Haydar was excellent, he walked us through the process and made it a really positive experience. He made it very easy and seamless.

He helped us to tax the vehicle and gave us some good pointers about owning a second hand vehicle.

Well ...what service!! I'd been looking for a replacement car for a few weeks and had visited all the likely new and second hand garages locally. Just getting someone to talk to me was difficult, a test ride even more difficult, every time it requires a second visit.
However MB Brent Park were "on it". True they knew the car I was arriving in and the approximate time, but I was welcomed to the garage by name on the forecourt.
They got the sale ...the car has now done approximately 1000 miles and is faultless.
I know where I will go for my next new car... MB Brent Park.

I came to look for a car today and was welcomed by Mahdi, me and my wife were confused and didn’t know which car to go for, Mahdi guided us through the process and helped us through it.

It was a great experience, would recommend highly.

It is really disappointing, this review could so easily have been for 5stars but it is only for one at best.
We chose a car, drove the car, generally looked over the car and were satisfied with it, I assumed that this was an honest upstanding business, if not a family business and if anything came up after we drove off it would be sorted professionally.
I was wrong the two front tyres were worn down to the Tread Wear indicators. Not really surprising as it is a three year old, front wheel drive, heavy electric car, however I did not see this before we drove off.
Seemingly MB never saw it either during the comprehensive vehicle check that it should have had.
I spoke to ADAM on the telephone a few days later but he showed no interest and denied that the tyres were worn down, even though I was looking at them.

Everybody is nice, shaking hands, making coffee chatting and smiling, 5star service until you pay and drive off, then ADAM, who was part of the sales team for my car, does not want to know.
Strangly the cars computer says that it's next service is due in 12 months time but Mercedes tell me that it is due now, they have no record of this years.
The jury is also out on the Comprehensive Warranty and Shine Protect that I was charged £2000 for.
This experience was not my finest hour unfortunately, but you are warned. If you want a used Mercedes buy one from a Mercedes Dealer, they have trustworthy after=sales and they are about the same price but your money and purchase is much more secure.

Do not bother buying a car for export. If there is a problem, they will come with the excuse that the car was exported and they can do nothing about any problems you have found. In our case, we got the car from their showroom and exported ot to Malta (overland). In less than 12 hours from purchase the car computer was showing that there is a problem in the lights of the car. Their reply was from their customer care was that the vehicle was exported therefore they can do nothing about it. We have even offered a report from the official Mercedes distributor in Malta and their reply was that it doesn't matter, they can do nothing about it.

Haydar has a given us good customer service. Even though we don’t have a appointment he helped us with our query and helped and explained well on our questions and advice us what to do.

I highly recommend them. Their professionalism and positive attitude speak volumes. The staff is incredibly kind and approachable, willing to assist with any inquiry, whether you're making a purchase or not. Regardless of whether you buy one of their cars, they are always ready to offer help.

Avoid at all cost
Purchased a Mercedes GLE premium + for £41000 sold as 48,879 on clock. Later discovered this is not correct
2 hours after purchase the engine light came on and power reduced on the motorway on our way back to Manchester from there Wembley dealership.
Couldn’t get through to them the next day so had our own diagnostic report commissioned and paid for.
It has 3 pages of red warnings !!!! My mechanic was shocked that this car had been sold in such a bad condition and with incorrect mileage . Service miles & Car mileage shown do not add up !
Finally, I got through to them day after purchase, they told me, despite being under warranty and having a 14 day full refund policy they told me I had to return the vehicle to their Wembley offices from Manchester at my expense, they would then re value the car and give me what they thought it was worth .. I recorded all these calls.
They were aware the car was not drivable as the engine light was on, it had oil pouring from it and the there was no power.
They simply did not care !
❌They failed to reveal they had the car in there garage trying to stop an oil leak whilst I was in there offices for 5 hours waiting for the car to be “prepared “ video evidence can be provided

I eventually got my car finance company to transport the car back to the dealer last Thursday.
This car was Purchased on 06/08/24.
❌As of today 31/08/24 I’m still awaiting my refund !
I have reviewed there website yesterday and unbelievably they are advertising the same car ( my car) on there web after I returned it yet have not refunded me!
Technically myself and the finance company own this car !
Do not purchase there is outstanding finance to be paid and a whole lot of problems with the car! ❌

The mileage on the service reports does not add up and they will tell you one of the service mileages was logged in kilometres instead of miles
It still doesn’t add up !
Main key was never received but my own diagnostic reports show problems with this, oil pouring out of engine, no engine cover and 3 more pages of problems
DVLA, Trading standards, FSA, Motor ombudsman and @Carguru all now involved. This is not there vehicle to sell
