Maxpeedingrods Anmeldelser

Shocks sit way too low for the weight of my car but customer service is sending some new longer rods to help out.

Great customer service, fast shipping, great products! Would definitely recommend this company to other people!

Turbo had an issue, called and spoke to Konrad and he helped me out getting a new turbo sent out under warranty! Very helpful!

Ordered a carburetor for my 77 CJ, after installing it I had a vacuum leak. Customer service asked for a video to confirm my issue. Replacement is on the way. Very good customer service.

Easy customer service, part had an issue but it was easy to fix and deal with.

Items quit working a few months after purchase, BUT customer service was able to get us a new one sent out to replace it. Excellent service.

Would never order from here customer service sent me a link for the product that would suit to receive it and it be completely wrong. Doesn’t fit at all cost me labor from the mechanic to find out waste of 700 dollars for labor and then 500 on coilovers. For max speed rods to turn around and say YOU ordered the wrong part .. it wasn’t me customer service told me this is the correct part and assured me so I ordered .. as for the refund what a joke the website states if the company made an error they will refund. Max speed rods are trying to negotiate a refund with me keep something that doesn’t fit and they’ll give me 50 dollars …? What a joke. Taking legal action against them. They also prepared a fraudulent address which isn’t even the address I ordered from so fed ex cannot find the history .. truly a horrible company.

My grease gun had an issue with the cap falling off and I called and within 5 minutes I had a replacement sent out free of charge. Thank you

There needs room to have the caster adjusted and come with shorter dampers

Good customer service call was very fast easy and simple .Got straight to the point and right to help. I will order more parts from them in the future and this time with a warranty. They do good business here.

Had good customer service and helped me with what I was looking for

Fast shipping. Quality looks good and easy to install. They replaced a broken fitting with no questions asked.

Very simple and fast customer service, with satisfaction. Happy to know my parts were covered under warranty and had no problem getting help.

Scammers! They advertise themselves as a UK-based company, but in reality, they sell cheap Chinese junk with long shipping times.

They claim the package is sent via Royal Mail, which is technically true—but only after it’s shipped from China. They promise 5-7 day delivery, but that’s completely misleading.

Their poorly described listings deceive customers. I ordered a pair of air suspension components, but they randomly sent me just one without even asking which one I needed. Of course, they didn’t send the one I actually wanted. Now they say I have to pay for the other one separately to receive it.

I’ve been waiting for over two weeks, and it still hasn’t arrived. If I hadn’t contacted them today, it wouldn’t have even been shipped. They just sent me a Royal Mail tracking number, but it’s not active yet, and there’s no information about the package. Now all I can do is hope it eventually shows up.

Do not buy car parts from them! The chances of receiving your order on time—or at all—are extremely low.

good items, fast shipping. would buy again!

Customer product easy to install and customer service is great when you have an issue they resolved it very quickly Very happy with the quality of the products that came with the item not cheap plastic gauges all metal, the housings, all metal very nice quality
