had a problem with a air bag kit I called and the problem was resolved with a 10 min phone call and they waved the 20$ shipping fee for the replacement part

SURTOUT NE PAS ACHETER SUR CE SITE !!! Une belle enfume ce site. Achat de combinés filetés et au final un amortisseur arrière qui claque, demande de SAV en garantie et il fait payer les frais de port ou acheter un nouveau kit avec un soi disant tarif attractif. Autant dire une arnaque ce site. À fuir, aucune compétence commerciale. La voiture fait à peine 100 kms avec les amortisseurs. Des incompétents, aucun service après vente, alors que c’est sous garantie, une aberration de devoir payer des frais de port pour une malfaçon de fabrication.

I ordered T6 series coilovers for my 2008 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Just a regular Impreza not WRX or STI.

I talked with the online support on their page, they told me 4-6 work days and they will be delivered, at first it took 15 days. Then when they arrived, we installed them - mind it those are not my first coilovers, we have workshop and I also have a lot of good people in my team, because I organize the biggest car shows in the Baltic states (northern Europe). I contacted them, told them that the top bolt is broken for two of the coilovers, which means they are making knocking sounds because the coil itself is loose in there. It is undrivable because of that.

They offered me a 50€ refund and new M14 nuts, but it is impossible to change because they do not fit over the stiffness regulation button. also i have talked with them online and via email, told them several times, that i ordered working new coilovers, i don't have to start fixing them myself or start looking for parts to fix new working coilovers, they have been driven maximum 10km, to test the different settings and find the way to get over the knocking sound, but we found out it came from two loose bolts.

It stresses me the F-ck out, that i can't drive my car, I can't attend shows with my own car and now the Germans are thinking that I have to start fixing those coilovers myself. I Can't do anything because the car is undrivable at the moment because of the faulty coilovers.

German side is making life really hard and they are not trustworthy. They offer me to find parts and start fixing the NEW COILOVERS myself. I payed good good money for those coilovers and they are broken. I have emailed those guys back and forward for over a week now. Nothing changes they offer 50 or 100 euros to buys new parts and start fixing those coilovers. They are not interested in changing out coilovers that were broken from the beginning.

Kit chaine de distribution acheté il y a un an (marque blanche - produit chinois). La chaine a cassé au bout de 20.000km. Le produit est affiché comme garantie 2 ans ("Garantie fabricant
2 ans"). Je me retrouve avec un moteur à refaire complètement, mais ils ne veulent pas prendre en charge le montant du kit chaine alors qu'il est spécifié :" - La garantie ne couvre que la valeur des produits. Le coût manuel ou tout autre coût pertinent n'est pas valide." Pourquoi n'ai-je aucun remboursement ? Au début on me propose 70% de la valeur de remboursement puis plus rien sans aucune raison.

We ordered a unit and had an issue with one component after the system was installed. Not wanting to take everything out and mail back to Amazon we called Maxspeed.

To our surprise customer service was amazing! They’re sending us what we need without waiting for us to return. Hence getting us situated in a fraction of the time.

Great customer service and products. Bought four 3500w generators and they all perform great. I had a slight issue with a part I broke and the customer service team took care of it professionally and fast.

Shipping was faster then expected. Shocks and air compressor fit Perfectly on my 13 Denali. But the air compressor didn't come on, i called customer service with not problems and a new air compressor was shipped out for FREE. THANK YOU MAXPEEDINGRODS.

These guys are awesome. I contacted them via telephone and they answered all my questions about the product specs and shipping and they also facilitated shipping outside the country since I am I will be deployed to Dubai in the UAE.
