awful service, rewards get reduced, placed last order for reward, been a month and still not received it, they havent even shipped it yet. i wont be using service again

A good survey company to use. The surveys are different lengths & always interesting. The rewards are very good as well.

First class , easy to order my reward,arrived as promised. Highly recommend.

I finally decided having saved thousands of points over more than a decade, to buy myself a luxurious prize, a set of Apple ear buds using a significant chunk of my points to take with me on summer cruise. Twice it seems the ‘supplier’ failed to get them to me and eventually the points are reported to have been returned to me, although I have not yet got them back. Given that I am retired, am virtually always at home and have given a very safe place to deliver the box, which would be tiny, to me I am appalled that they have twice failed to deliver. The whole thing is pathetic, typical of failing Britain in 2026 and leaves a nasty taste in my mouth.

I love the different surveys and the variety and find the site very easy to use and fun and enjoy being able to share my opinion

Always interesting surveys and loads of entertainment on the site can keep you amused gor many hours.
The rewards programme is also very good.

Gift cards requested on 21st June, not received and chased again on 9th July. Still not received. Just chased again, it’s not good enough. I have been with Maximiles for years and the service is poor. Most other companies will email e-gift cards.

Slow but sure accumulation of points. Interesting surveys. Maybe too many drop outs but at least they are quick to tell you. Pity no Amazon rewards but Argos is OK.

I collected enough points to get a Super Facialist, Vegan Collagen Rejuvenating Gel Cleanser, Firm & Lift! It arrived quite quickly & the delivery was fine too!

So far so good. Surveys keep on regularly appearing in my email. Loved the last reward, which was a football, that I got from my collected points.

After over 2 years of problems with games points not recording properly in up to 50% of cases, the problem appears to have been resolved by the tech department. This has allowed me to reach enough to claim a voucher.

I enjoy playing some of the games; they fill in the time between surveys ! Recently received a reward and used it towards the purchase of my weekly groceries !!

Been using maximiles for over 10 years. Get a good amount surveys and rack up points quickly. Used for gift cards and presents. Some of the reward options are expensive and wished they had smaller amount of gift cards like £10. Happy with the service received and always get the rewards quickly!

Not good for surveys. They don't ever send you any and when they do it will disqualify you. Don't waste your time.

I did not receive my rewards and I did not hear any updates.

So disappointing!

Great website and app and the rewards are really amazing and our value. I redeemed some of my points for a camping chair and I’ve used it already and I keep it in my car. It comes in handy.
