Would have got 5 stars if they had replied to my queries , I sent two queries about why the Amazon gift cards had gone and didn't get any answer back at all , Not very good customer service .

Easy to use survey company. Easy to claim rewards with a good range of online vouchers!

Been completing surveys ordered reward to check it was genuine and wasn’t wasting my time - arrived in days. Questionnaires interesting diverse good company

The surveys are interesting, though some can be repetitive. If you stick with it though, you eventually accrued enough points for a reward. I had problems with a voucher that went astray but eventually sorted that out as they sent another. The gifts I've ordered were of good quality.

I have had terrible problems trying to amend my email address with Maximiles. After trying unsuccessfully to amend the address through a link they sent me, my account is now blocked. I have tried to raise a query through their automated system on more than one occasion , but it requires you to log in to your account, which I am unable to do. I have tried to email asking to speak to a human to help me, but unfortunately I have had no response. I am now extremely frustrated and annoyed.

Its nice to have a break from work, have a cup of tea and fill in an interesting survey to pass the time away. Surveys vary about subjects but some are surprisingly informative and interesting. Plus you build up points for rewards. I quite like Maximiles

• They have read my messages and are actively ignoring a nearly 2-month-old error.

ordered case of red wine which arrived soon after ordering, pleased with red wine.

not received my reward yet and I've contacted them asking where it is and received nothing then get an invite to write a review!

Survey are always interesting and enjoyable with a wide range of topics, rewards are paid on time and are fair and worth the time given. Recommend any day.

A very simple system to use and over time the points add up and can be used for a variety of rewards etc.

My rewards are for my Grandkids. I save enough points to get them a little treat.

Didn’t get my bank transfer. Left numerous queries stating so and heard nothing. Would avoid using them.
