We recently bought a new mattress and mattress topper. We are very pleased indeed with the speed of delivery and quality of both the mattress & topper.
However, after deciding to get a spare mattress topper when it arrived unfortunately the box it was in was so badly damaged it risked the quality of the mattress topper. So I contacted the customer services who were more than helpful and agreed straight away to exchange it. We were able to arrange to collect it from the Stevenage store where the salesman was more than helpful. Would fully recommend 10/10.

Efficient super delivery very pleased in the

Went into store needing to replace a lovely mattress that I bought from Mattressman 10 years ago. The same one was no longer available, but a knowledgeable advisor identified what we wanted, and recommended a mattress available for next day delivery, which turns out to be even better than what we previously had. A Tempur Ease 25 mattress is amazing. Great product, great service and great price.

Ordering was straightforward and delivery was completed in a short time. Communications via email and text kept me informed regarding delivery. The mattress was delivered on time and the old mattress taken away.

Delivery was very quick and driver was very helpful

We visited the new store at Lakeside (Thurrock) today and was warmly welcomed by the team member Stanley. We had no idea what we were looking for but thankfully Stanley gave his helpful insight and patience while we tried every mattress we could. Eventually we settled on our chosen one. Stanley was an integral addition in our decision, he was funny, incredibly helpful and we felt no pressure to buy. Outstanding customer service.

The staff were helpful and friendly when we went to see mattresses. The online delivery setup was easy to navigate and the delivery was made on time.
To activate the return of a mattress however you have to buy a mattress protector for £40 and pay £50 for the return with no option of a refund and you are obliged to buy one of their other mattresses.

Great mattresses and really good prices but I was disappointed that the delivery man would only take away one of the old mattresses - I assumed that as I had ordered two together that the additional payment to collect the old ones would cover both of them.

Eecieved a warm welcome when I arrived the staff listened to what I wanted they provided me with a cover for my old mattress the arranged delivery was what I needed.everthing went smooth ,staff was very polite.the delivery drivers were on time and very helpful.
