Never received the stroller, I was promised a replacement but have yet to receive one. Tried countless times to reach out but no reply. Still waiting.

Highly recommended, car seat does not come with base though

Very poor communications. Did not send package with instructions or receipt. No live person to communicate with all done via email. Return policy is awful. There is NO shipping return label -- you will only be refunded $75 without returning merchandise. Never ever will I recommend anyone to this company. I endure the worst experience. I first thought I was scammed and it definitely felt like it.

I ordered a 3-in-1 stroller combo and wanted to exchange the item. I wanted the exact same stroller but in a different color. The person who answers to "adminmaternitymiracles.com" (@ goes after admin due to emails not being allowed in reviews) told me the color I wanted in exchange was not available. Because of that reason, I requested a full refund. This person informed me to ship the item back at my own expenses and once received, I would receive a full refund. I informed this individual (with an attached screenshot) that your company refund policy states you will send a return shipping label as stated in your policy that was available to me on your website before I requested my refund. This individual responded saying that they will not provide me with a return shipping label just because I don't like the color. This is absolutely absurd and poor customer service. I was able to provide this individual with an accurate screenshot of the statement from your website that states you would provide me with a return shipping label but because my reasoning is not subjective enough for your terms, I'm expected to pay over $100 to send it to an address that UPS told me doesn't exist. Your company appears to be scam and I am absolutely not pleased with customer service provided. Because of the actions of this individual, who actually stopped responding to my emails, I had my bank dispute the charges after providing them with the emails and relevant information that proves your company refused my refund for their own subjective reasoning. I will never order from you again and I posted this information across many review websites to prevent others from purchasing from your company.

I was very pleased with service and merchandise! I made an error on shipping address and was relieved to have it corrected by company prior to shipping.

I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service. If someone asks to cancel an order, s/he should be allowed to do it the way s/he wants, not the way the business wants to handle the process.

My daughter just had her baby girl three days ago. She loves it!!!!

Everything arrived quickly. The box was a little beat up and a couple of wheels looked like had dirt but apart from that everything looked great. Easy assembly and perfect for baby girl!!!!

The stroller was a gift for our new grandchild. We ordered the “Khaki” however received the “Rose Gold” She loved it . It is so pretty and well made.the service was quick and we knew where the purchase was during the entire process. We will purchase again!

Amazing…this stroller car seat combo is everything. Got it for my sister, and she can’t not wait to stroll the baby. The Khaki color is even more amazin in person. I would recommend anyone to invest with this company and produce. Also amazing customer service I ordered blue by accident and I was able to change color before shipping.
