Mark is a first class, no nonsense computer engineer. I found him on Google after bigger companies didn't answer their phones. He came to my house and was very polite and explained what he was doing throughout his visit. Found my problems and sorted them out for just £60. Will certainly use Marks Micros Ltd again.

I “lost” Microsoft 365 from my laptop whilst on holiday in Spain, meaning I lost access to the two functions I needed most- Excel and Word. I tried but failed completely to restore them, leaving me worried that something untoward had affected my laptop. Returning to the UK I lost no time in requesting help via the Computer Repair Man website and was relieved, and delighted, when Mark Farrell of Marks Micros contacted me within hours of my enquiry and offered to come to my home the very next morning. I have mobility issues and was helped greatly by his readiness to visit me at home. To top it all , he had resolved all of my problems in less than two hours, improving other issues slowing my laptop as he went. He explained everything he did along the way, using language that I could understand, and all of this at a very affordable price. A very personable character and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. First class.

First met Mark when he set up a new laptop including transferring data etc. First class job. This time I was having problems reaching some web sites. Managed to fit me in the next day and again provided an all round excellent service. I like the way he explains everything, the problem he has found and how he is going to go about putting things right. Mark is a friendly, professional, and above all knowledgeable person. Updated my Bios and Installed a Ryzen7 5800X3D into my RTX4070ti gaming rig. Along with a 120mm intake fan for the case.

Mark is a star, solving major issues with printing which have been stopping me doing essential work on the Laptop. He responded promptly, was a very pleasant person, and persisted with the problem despite my hindrance due to my very limited IT knowledge. Found Mark through Computer Repairman Uttoxeter.
My PC would not start and I was faced with buying a new PC or trying to get it repaired.
Mark contacted me and arranged a visit for the next day. He quickly found the problem and replaced the HD. He transferred most of my data and apps to the new HD and I am now back on air.
I found him very professional and efficient. He explained to me exactly what was happening. He told me how much the new HD would cost which was reasonable.
His labour pricing is special at £60 for a visit and no charge if he cannot fix the problem on site.
I am happy to use him again and recommend him.

Don’t know where to start really. But all good! Mark was available at very short notice, which is great when you have big computer problems, you need them fixed immediately. Marks very professional, very knowledgeable, and even when I had big problems and someone else said my computer was completely broken, Mark persisted, got to the route of the problem, fixed it and most importantly saved all my data. The final point is he is extremely good value for money. Honestly cant say enough good really! Great guy, great service, will definitely recommend and use again!

I found Mark on the internet, and I have to admit feeling slightly nervous about letting someone in to your house to fiddle with a wretched machine that you dont understand! I need not have worried. He kept me informed of his arrival time, and carefully explained the changes he was making to the computer. I would highly recommend; a wonderful guy.

Excellent service. We contacted Mark to repair our old laptop which actually was unrepairable. He then offered us a refurbished Dell laptop for a very reasonable price. This was delivered by Mark a few days later and he set it up for us and explained how it all worked. Brilliant service and we are very pleased with the Dell.
