Do not let those who play on this site are scammers. I sent a document 1 week passed and they kept saying it is in the process of continuous processing. In this 1 week, I waited to withdraw my 2800 dollars, saying that the documents were approved and not used. But they never confirmed it, after they finally finished all the money on random bets. After 1 hour, they sent an e-mail saying that your documents were approved. Don't deposit money, you can't withdraw.

Worst site. They have processed small withdrawals at first and once i deposited huge amounts, they never processed my withdrawals and keep saying technical issue where others are getting their withdrawals (small amounts) processed without issue.

Marathonbet is trapping my money.
I was a marathonbet customer, and used my account for several months, but in september 2022 my account was blocked and theys asked for documents for the verification process. I've sent to them 2 months ago, and they never returned me. Every time i try to contact them at the chat, they send me the same email saying "Your Marathonbet account was recently blocked as a part of our standard accounts review process. This review is still ongoing and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your patience whilst this review continues. We will be in touch with you as soon as it is complete.". but it's been 2 months and i just want to withdraw my money from this booking. neve thought that i was gonna have this disappointment with the booking. Please, if anyone knows how to solve this situation, help me.

Había jugado otras veces sin mucha suerte, y todo bien. El problema viene cuando tienes suerte. Te piden una docena de documentos, de uno en uno, y tardan más de 2 días en validar cada uno. Llevo más de 2 semanas para poder retirar el dinero. Hay muchos casinos, no metais dinero aquí ni por error.

Mejor regitren en otra sitio SEGURO' CONFIABLE y que sea formal y que cumpla con el juego responsable.
Dedee agosto me comenzaron a retener 2,000$ hasta 3 veces. En total no pude retirar como 7,000$ A la fecha lo agote en apuestas. Muy mala experiencia

It works percetly when you have to inject funds. But you cannot withdraw. I got verified, got eligible for withdraw. But then when to withdraw, amount allowed is a tiny fraction, and even that cannot be withdrew. I got in touch with the support which would just avoid to answer straight to questions and repeat to refresh the window

Me han cerrado la cuenta por supuesto incumplimiento de los términos y condiciones al preguntar el motivo no hay respuesta. Que gran empresa y que buen servicio tienen que hacen lo que quieren sin saber porqué.

El pasado 5 septiembre hice una solicitud de retirada de 1.426 euros. Tras mas de 5 días pasados ya de la solicitud retirada mediante tarjeta débito me dicen que tienen una incidencia con su proveedor de pagos y que debo esperar INDEFINIDAMENTE EN EL TIEMPO. Que ya si acaso me informaran cuando sepan algo.

Vamos que se lavan las manos. No dan ninguna solución alternativa. No aceptan ni valoran las alternativas que yo les doy, como volver a acreditar mi cuenta de juego o realizar la retirada por otro método. Lo que buscan es que me canse y desista para quedarse ellos con el dinero.

I deposited and won some money. Now my withdrawal option doesnt exist as i was 'selected for random check". Ok its fair, but when i sent them all they wanted now they want more, they even want a photo of me with my id in one and some random number on the other hand. Its like they are making fun of me, this looks more and more like a scam. I will change this review if something happens in my favor but im afraid its a scam.

Estafa, ni piensen en depositar ningun dolar a esta pagina, cuando ganas te pide documentos que son imposibles de adquirir, si no tienes identificacion militar jamas podras retirar tu dinero, di por perdidos mis 900 dolares que tengo dentro de la cuenta, nadie da solucion pasan semanas y semanas y el soporte solo responde que el departamento de verificacion tiene mucho trabajo, no caigan en esta estafa, prefieran otras casas de apuestas

It’s been two months now since my account was locked without any reason. They requested that I submit documents for verification and ever since, nothing has been done. They locked the account with funds inside. Please, if you are in Nigeria or any Africa country, run from Marathonbet because they will lock your account the moment you have funds in it and their support will not respond to you.

Worst live support and company ever. My withdrawal has been pending for over 24 hours and I tried to ask their live chat support for assistance. Their live chat just repeating the same script for asking my security question before they can handle my request, no matter what I said to them that I don’t remember the answer and how to request for re-set the question. What I want from them is to proceed the withdrawal or at least tell me why they are holding it. I just received their email they required me a customer verification ( which I believe I already did all those during account opening), they asked me to upload the documents through the web-site, but that button just doesn’t appear, and couldn’t get any reply from their customer support. That’s what happen to me after I won $10000
