This company has been a big scammed to me, I deposited the sum of #167,100 on 2nd of August 2023 and I place a bet, and I later cash out since the ticket is not going well, presently I have #152,400 in the account but they ask me to provide different kind of document for verification which I have supplied and they mail me that my account has been selected for standard verification since then, I can't have access to my money and to withdraw is a big issue please stay aways from scammers and I hope the license body should disconnect this platform

Comunque apro un conto senza chiedere ne avere nessun tipo di bonus......ho scelto marathonbet per le quote un pelino superiore alla norma ma non + di tanto...fatto sta che gioco 10 euro se perdo ok se vinco tipo 20 euro ritiro subito...., ok tutto bene vinco ritiro nessun problema, poi mi stufo per in live le loro quote sono uguale oppure un pelino + basse quindi chiedo la chiusura del conto......mi rispondono cosi!!!!!
dobbiamo verificare se lei è effettivamente il titolare dei documenti che ci ha inviato, quindi ci dovrebbe mandare unselfie con un numero scritto che ti dicono loro......una foto con documento ben visibile ecc ecc
ma dico io queste cose non si dovrebbero fare all'inizio? uno gioca vince preleva, è se in caso avessi vinto tipo 2/3000 euro cosa sarebbe successo?naturalmente non li ho inviati....non mi interessano tipi di siti di questo genere.

Har nu igennem flere år haft konto hos Jer og alt har virket perfekt, så får jeg nyt telefon nummer og vil gerne opdatere mine oplysninger på min konto, men det kan jeg ikke, da jeg ikke kan huske mit sikkerheds spørgsmål, som jeg oprettede for flere år siden, der må da være muligheder for at få dette på plads uden der skal gå mere end 3 uger uden at jeg hører noget som helst.

Total scam. I was about to withdraw and it was written that I could withdraw a certain amount without losing any of th ewelcome bonus. I withdrew this amount and suddenly all wins from my bets was gone. I ask in the chat and he just replies hiding behind section 14 in the terms.
Don't waste your money with someone who clearly encourage you to do something their terms go against...

Inizialmente nessun problema, un poco complicato per la convalida del conto per i vari doc richiesti ma tutto fila liscio con le buone opzioni tra i vari campionati dei vari sport.
Finché dopo aver giocato un live su un game di tennis - regolarmente iniziato con una giocatrice che si ritira - inspiegabilmente mi danno risultato void, quando in chat gli propongo lo streaming della partita stessa, controprova del loro errore, fanno finta di nulla dicendo che il loro risultato ufficiale quello è e quello rimane.
In seguito a questo scam vengo pure limitato (max bet di € 5,95 su un sacco di eventi) per cui vi evito la fatica di perdere tempo con loro, pessima gestione del cliente, conto chiuso e tanti saluti.

MARATHONBET IS A HUGE SCAM!

They may first suspend your account for nothing (or probably for trying to withdraw often times without success or for chatting them up frequently). Then they block you from withdrawing with the easy options like visa. Then they leave their Bank withdrawing option with another lair they've set for you.

Upon filling details for bank withdrawal, they first set a high minimum withdrawing amount about $70 or more. Otherwise, the other lairs they set is to always pop up error messages that your SWIFT code and / or BRANCH codes are NOT valid.

The long and short is that they'll frustrate your life till you exit. At least that was my experience. I wish I took my time to search online for reviews before dabbling into it. I really wonder how companies like that stay online. Is there no regulation or what?

My astropay account is good and I sent the astropay support statement. but withdrawal denied, says marathonbet support team. I been trying 1 month and still struggling atleast they haven't responded and saying our relevant team will be contact you shortly. but I sent several emails even they haven't responded yet. If you want money take it don't play games with victims. one day you should pay for it. only god knows how it is hard to earn and win.

Scam with bad support. This website is scam and you can't withdraw your money. I requested my withdrawals then I didn't receive any one. As their support said that check your bank and nothing. I lost my deposits and profits.
