Mailbutler has boosted my efficiency! It allows me to know when my emails have been read (so I know when I need to follow up on something), it reminds me of the tasks that are due, and it allows me to create easy to use templates for emails that I need to send regularly, but to different people. It saves me so much time. I no longer have to ask if someone has received my email, or file attachment, and I know when links are clicked. It lets me take notes on the emails I send so I can go back and review them, and also schedule when I want my mail sent. One of the best things to come to my Mac!

Over the years I've used many mail programs such as Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail and adding the Mailbutler plugin takes each of them to a much higher and productive level. Some of the Mailbutler features that I find especially useful are email tracking, the ability to schedule and send an email at a later date and time, their signature tool which easily creates beautiful and professional email signatures, stored templates which increase my productivity and follow up reminders because I can be forgetful. Thank You Mailbutler!

I've been using Mailbutler for about four years now, and I have to say it's one of the best tools I have in my business toolbox. Knowing when my emails have been opened and which links contained in them have been clicked is great. I also love the reminder feature to help make sure I don't miss important follow-up tasks. The product seems to be evolving all the time, so not only have instructed all of my staff to use it, but I would recommend it to others too.

After installing Mailbutler for Apple Mail I realized my email experience has been greatly limited...until now. What a great add-on. After installing I immediately felt like my email was completely transformed. I love all the tools that are now available to me. I immediately setup snooze and also started using tasks. This is so great.

Mailbutler has been an absolute godsend in helping me stay on track with my clients and business. As someone with ADHD and in an industry that requires multitasking and communication with producers and clients, Mailbutler has allowed me to follow threads, make reminders for people I need to reply to, and also be notified and on "alert" as to when I can expect an email back from them. It has really helped me focus and manage the administrative side of my business with ease. I also love the slew of other useful tools Mailbutler provides, especially the Signature Templates. Fantastic Product and highly recommended for users and business owners with ADD or ADHD.

An excellent extension for Apple Mail.

Allows me to keep detailed track of emails; whether they have been read, and how recipients have interacted with the content. WELL worth it.

Essential tool for eMail usage!
This is one of those tools that I couldn't live without when using eMail on my Mac!
It does so many things & helps me know what's going on with my mail.

This makes Email so much easier. Lots of helpful tools to manage your emails (notes, reminders, undo send, send later, and much more).

I'm really enjoying the benefits of Mailbutler. It makes emailing clients a streamlined process and having the knowledge that they have received what I sent is priceless.
There are many fab features, some I still have to explore.
The Mailbutler support team is great too! I had an issue with a feature and they went straight on it trying to resolve it. Hopefully the app will integrate to phone mail soon as that is the only thing I am missing.

mailbutler is the best thing I have used for apple mail. It has allowed me to increase productivity x10. Fully reccomend.

Very easy mail tracking tool. Very easy to setup. I like the e-mail templates for repetitive work.

Works very good

MailButler has given me a set of tools that cuts down time wasted on admin. For example, the templates allow me to send pre-formatted emails. The diary system pulls up emails so I can check for responses. These little things mean such a lot as I spend a lot of time corresponding via email and Apple Mail doesn't offer these features in such a concise way. Highly recommend

Mailbutler moved my apple mail to the next level and it is helping me manage my time, tasks, and mail on a daily basis. I cannot imagine my work with apple mail without Mailbuttler.

Mailbutler has the features you wish the Apple developers had included in Mail. It is a sleek and very easy to use complement of rich features that put Mail on steroids for productivity. I have tried competitive third party versions and I think Mailbutler is by far the best of them. Also, if you ever have a customer service or tech question, Mailbutler's customer service is excellent.

When Mailbutler is installed, it adds a huge text to your email header (usually invisible to the sender) stating that you use Mailbutler, that you're tracking them, and how to avoid it. It's added no matter the subscription, even Professional+ and Business.

Now, generally, I have no problem with that. However, it adds this to your sent emails EVEN WHEN YOUR TRACKING AND ALL MAILBUTLER FUNCTIONS ARE OFF!

This is an absolute NO-GO!

I get why Mailbutler has such great reviews. For average users, email headers are invisible. But for me, who works in IT with rather privacy-conscious clients, it's an absolute no-go that the name "Mailbutler" even appears in the header, moreso with a huge tracking warning. I really don't mind people knowing I'm using these functions when I'm actually using them (though, isn't the whole point of the subsctiption people NOT knowing I'm using Mailbutler?). But when I'm not using those functions and the recipient gets a fat tracking warning... seriously! -5 stars. Unacceptable.

Luckily, my client believed me that it's not me trying to track them, but the software I was using was trash.

I have been llving with Mailbutler for almost ten years now. It is the most useful Apple Mail add-on I have ever come across, and somehow the developers keep on producing new wrinkles to improve something that is already very effective.
