Great productivity tool! I use the E-Mail Tracking and the Send Later function every day.

Super Tool - einwandfreie Funktion verbunden mit einem hervorragenden Support - was will man mehr :-)

Mailbutler funktioniert einwandfrei und bietet nützliche Funktionen, für mich ist der Preis für ein 1 Jahres Abo jedoch unverhältnismäßig hoch. Knapp 100 € für eine Erweiterung deren einzige für mich relevante Funktion die Empfangs- und Lesebestätigung ist. Für 70 € bekomme ich Office 365 (bei Saturn ab und an sogar noch günstiger) mit Outlook, welches diese Funktion "für lau" (und für jedes Konto) beinhaltet sowie weitere Applikationen.

Außerdem empfinde ich die Mails zum Ende der kostenlose Probephase hin als sehr aufdringlich.

Unabhängig davon ist Mailbutler durchaus eine sinnvolle Erweiterung, wenn man auf Grund einer durchideologisierten Fanboypersönlichkeit keinesfalls die Konkurrenz aus Redmond testen möch

Mailbutler is an incredible, all-in-one mailbox for Apple Mail. It turns Apple Mail into what it SHOULD be plus a lot more. It seamlessly integrates with the mail program and provides additional tools. My favorites are snoozing e-mails for later, signature creation, and e-mail tracking. It continues to grow in tool features based on user requests and I absolutely love it!

Its a cool and proffesional gadget when you work often with Mails. The Info that the mail you send is open from the Adress , is really a great thing. Is in the apple mail without mailbutller no go. And the other great thing is that can you send your mail on a fix time in the future.
Good for Business, when you work sometimes in the evening...

Mailbutler is great for many features to supplement your Apple Mail. Send later, snooze until later, track who opened your email, follow up with emails, link emails to contacts, just to name a few. Highly recommended for Apple mail users?

Mailbutler has the add-on features, I miss: Snoozing e-mails, beautiful signature with clickable SoMe buttons, tracking if your are THAT kind of person and undo sending. I think I use ALL of the above features everyday. I thought that the Apple-update in Fall 2022 would contain these features but noooo. I will never leave my Mailbutler!

best features to optimize Apple mail on MAC. very well thought out. Made in Germany but website should then also be in German.

i really like Mailbutler. It tracks most emails, when opened, how many times etc.
I love the design and the usability.

Attention to detail and consideration of customers wants and needs. Though like me you might hesitate to want a subscription rather than a purchase, but you will find that your workflow is impacted negatively without it and the subscription is an investment in your best use of time and optimal personal and professional communication.

There are multiple means to access preferences and emails, the tracking is my favorite given that so many enjoy claiming that a communication was never received. For those that deal in professional contracts, multiple read receipts are worth their weight in gold. For the micro-manager, it tracks click throughs as well.

Lastly, you will find tools that Apple failed to provide including emails, tasks and notes, send later and custom signatures. I don't use all of these tools though given the features that I do use, I felt the pain when these briefly were not available. I used the free version for more than a year before signing onto a subscription. Nobody offers this. They truly work with you.

Mailbutler has great additional features while hooking into the standard Apple Mail App. The standard App often has more features due to being made by Apple. So you get the best experience. I tried several other Mail apps just to stick with that solution. Business tier is a bit pricy in my opinion, but that's with the AI and all. I would have loved to manage contacts even without the AI part.

Great app! Increases productivity and efficiency and enhances the email experience.

Some years ago, I discovered MailButler and found it to be an invaluable addition to the Mail program. It gives me the chance to review an email after pressing Send, and has prevented many embarrassing emails where spelling had not been corrected - particularly with somebody's name. I now am able to see when somebody has received and opened the email I sent. Working for myself, this is an essential addition to the tools for running my business - wouldn't do without it!

The best thing about this app is the mail tracking. A lot of my emails end up in my potential client's spam folder. It saves me the stress of not knowing whether my clients have seen my emails or not

finally a good plugin for Apple Mail that can track my e-mails. This easy app will help you see if mails are read or links are clicked. This way you can always send a friendly reminder if there is no reply.
The other functions of the app I haven't worked with yet, but will see in the next upcoming time.

Edited review from 5 stars, having left this company for another cheaper and better service / software, I have been inundated with requests to restart my subscription with Mailbutler.

Whilst their software does a good job, their business integrity hits rock bottom when you cancel their service.

One thing I hate is being pestered via email to restart a service that is no longer required.

** TODAY THEY UNLAWFULLY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND HAVE AN EMAIL VERIFYING THE CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
