Recently purchased parts from…
Recently purchased parts from Magnatuing, upon arrival the parts were not as described. They did not fit the car they were specifically ordered for and were of a really poor quality, they looked terrible. Having spoken to Zoltan at Magnatuning with regards sending the parts back for a refund under EU Distance selling regulations as they were not fit for purpose I was told that there was no returns for this item as they have sold hundreds of them without complaints. I find this hard to believe as the parts were of such terrible quality. I went against my better judgement to buy these parts as it was transfer only, and they didn't accept PayPal or card payments, now I know why.... So to surmise, shocking quality, no returns accepted and no refunds available. 1 star is too many for these con artists. Should have known better, hopefully this helps someone else.

We are sorry to read your review, as it does not reflect how this case was handled.
From the beginning, we took your concerns seriously and carefully reviewed the photographs you provided. Based on those photos, as well as feedback from production, we advised that the part should first be installed in its correct mounting position before any conclusions about fitment could be made. We also provided photographs of the identical product successfully installed on another customer's vehicle. Unfortunately, no evidence was provided demonstrating that the product could not be correctly fitted when installed according to the instructions. Throughout the entire process, we responded promptly to every one of your emails and worked continuously to understand and resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.
This particular product has been supplied successfully to many customers over the years, and we never experienced a recurring fitment issue with it. If there had been objective evidence of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product being supplied, we would of course have worked towards an appropriate solution.
It is important to clarify that your return request was not declined simply because this was an export order. The primary reason was that we did not receive objective evidence demonstrating that the product was defective or did not fit when installed correctly. A return cannot be approved solely because a customer does not like the appearance of a product or believes it should fit differently without technical evidence supporting the claim.
Our Terms & Conditions also state that export orders are final and are not eligible for return, and these conditions are clearly presented before an order is placed. Likewise, our accepted payment methods for export orders are communicated in advance and are not changed after purchase.
Throughout our correspondence we remained professional and tried to assist by providing installation guidance and consulting also with production on the case. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, the communication became increasingly confrontational and included inappropriate language, which made it difficult to continue a constructive technical discussion.
We understand that you are disappointed, but describing our company as "con artists" is simply not consistent with the facts. For many years we have supplied thousands of customers worldwide, and we have built our reputation on honest communication, quality products, and reliable customer service.
We remain committed to assisting any customer who provides objective information that allows us to investigate a genuine product issue.

I have ordered a front lip for an OPEL ADAM S model 2018. Very profesional with immediate communication and information through mail. Product was as per description with very good quality and properly boxed. Shipped and arrived on time.

afspraak nagekomen en op tijd.
ik had voorafgaand aan de bestelling vragen gesteld en deze werden binnen korte tijd beantwoord.
na bestellen is nogmaals de productietijd aangegeven.
heb keurig een verzendnummer ontvangen.
spoiler en neus past goed en stevig gemaakt.
ik zeg doen ondanks 7 weken wachten op de productie en transport. Ohw, het was ook verpakt is ook handig om heel aan te komen.
