I never received my item!
I was promised a refund after months of back and forth with them claiming to be looking into where it had gone. Despite this they still have not provided a refund even though they said they were issuing one.
Scam.

Extremely poor customer service

I purchased an item, it took an extremely, excessively long time to arrive. When it did, it was defective. I went through the process of a return, only to have them try and tell me that it was supposed to be like that. Except that I was replacing an older, worn out item that I got from a REPUTABLE seller, and so I knew what it was Supposed to be like. After arguing, they finally agreed to a return, but expected me to pay for shipping back the defective item they sent. Absolutely would NOT recommend ever using this site.

Bought a pair of shoes and when i was gonna try them on the zipper broke, company refuse to even help me out or make a refund. I suggest u never buy from this website unless u want to get scammed.

Ordered several items from this site. Some cosplays were better than others, but not the best quality. The latest cosplay ordered, the stitching under the zipper pulled apart when trying on. This was obviously not a strong material/stitching. The site offered me $10 refund to get it repaired - who is going to sew it for $10!! LOL!!! They refused a refund so I will find another vendor for all future purchases. Not happy with the customer service response. When you pay over $200 for a cosplay, you do expect better quality!

Awful! Rubbish customer service. Told 3-5 days shipping! 7 days later I was informed it would be 15-20 days. Constant emails sent for updates and just ignored.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered an Ahsoka Tano costume for my Star Wars inspired Wedding Vow Renewal. It didn't come in time. This was October and even though I asked for a refund, I never got it. Im still fighting for my money back.
I was the bride at the renewal,and had to quickly put a costume together which wasn't easy. I feel I've been treated very badly. By the way you will only get two thirds of what you paid back. Shocking company,who have lost my custom

Very smooth & high quality costume! Got lots of compliments & many wanted photos with me. Great communication from the company, and very attentive.

I ordered a tailor made suit but by the time the company came backwards and forwards trying to get various measurements- which they didn’t clarify at the beginning of the process- time had run out for my deadline. They agreed to refund part of my money but weeks later and they still have not refunded my money. Not recommended

Hi I’m cosplayer Gloomy Moon Child. I love my cosplay. I received it in the mail in about a month, I planned ahead before the convention. It fit me perfectly. It is the exact replica from Marvel. So much detail. It is so cool!!!

I ordered some stuff from them in September for my Halloween costume. They said it would ship in 5 - 12 business days. It's now Halloween day and my products still have not arrived. I won't be ordering from their site again.

I ordered an anime costume for my daughter. We ordered small but that was too big and my daughter is very tall 5ft 9. So sent it back for xs which is the smallest size.
Big problems with returning to china. Cost £30 return, stopped in customs for months! Magic wardrobes told specifically to write 'sample' on the return but this got rejected by customs because it wasn't a sample. Said sale of goods on the return rejection reason.
It got returned to me after 10months! And I got charged again for the return delivery back to me.

Scam!!!!! The site is a whole scam.

It took a long time for my order to process but I got it in time for Halloween and everything fits great. It kind of smells like fish

Ordered the upgraded Homelander costume and got it tailored to my size. The costume fits perfectly and the materials used are very nice quality. Shipping took a while but it says that when you get a costume tailored. Overall would definitely recommend

If I could give negative stars, I would! I purchased a costume on September 16. I didn’t know the costume was made to order since the site says 12-15 days shipping. A month later and Ive still yet to receive my costume. Every email reply I got was “ product is in production”. I dispute the charge on my credit card and magically when they received word, that’s when my costume was ready to be shipped…. This site is a scam, DONT TRUST IT!!!!

If I could put a zero I would. I ordered costumes at the beginning of September and paid for expedited shipping because I needed the items by Oct 13. I checked in on September 20 and asked and told them I needed by the 13th. The response was that the costumes would be done at the end of the week and not to worry I would receive them in time. Nothing happened - I continued to email and received the same response that it was shipped - supposedly on Oct 6. Finally today Oct 14 - the day after I needed it - it was shipped from China. Even when I tried to address it and be proactive, I was lied to by customer service. Never buy from them again

It arrived but I'm a little dissapointed with the lack of care over what I specifically asked of them in note, I asked for a size s for the K-pop demon hunters mira shirt and they sent me an M it's awful and does now stay down, the shoulder pad is wonky despite looking way better in the pictures. The stockings elastic band, for a size m, will cut my circulation and barely will stay in place, lastly the skirt is fine but it's not giving any curve or staying tucked with everything else. The accessories are fine, though they're printed, I'm also a little disappointed it hasn't been sanded. My biggest annoyance was the months of delay on this order, I emailed them more than twice and they kept telling me to "not worry". I don't think I'd buy from them again unless it was to do over any other specific costume, maybe save your money.

The package arrived nicely wrapped and everything is good quality!
