I won a suit giveaway from them and when I got it. It was top notch like damn I feel like Spider-Man!

They communicated very well. The shipping was timely. Even months after I needed certain details for my Black Panther suit they provided them without hesitation. The first time free of charge and the second time a reasonable fee. I really appreciate their business. They even posted me on their IG.

I am a cosplay as Supergirl and I wanted to step up my cosplaying. I wanted to get out of Halloween costumes and into a real Supergirl cosplay suit. I was recommend to onehero suits. They are awesome had the suit I was looking for with boots. I am a guy so I had to alter one part of the suit but no biggie. When you order your suit order a size up. The suit looks great feels great not to tight and I can move around. The boots fits my long legs perfectly. I will wear red costume shorts under my skirt. I had a minor hiccup and the customer handled it efficiently and in a timely manor. I will order from again. Hope they get a wonder woman in.

I ordered their Ghost cosplay from Thunderbolts* and their Rogue cosplay and they’re both absolutely incredible.

I get the Daredevil costume from this shop and I'm absolutely happy with everything! Not only the quality of the costume, that is outstanding, the shipping was very fast and they answered all my questions in less than 24h. I loved working with them and for sure I'll keep going on it!

I ordered a Fallout TV Series vault suit and I’m not going to lie, I was more than a little hesitant at first. Costumes like this that I’ve ordered from other companies in the past never looked like the actual finished product.

OneHeroSuits blew away my expectations.

Not only did my vault suit look like it had come right off of the set, it looked and felt like it was made of high quality material that will last. Everything looked as advertised. Granted, it took them a while to make it (a month and a half, I ordered right before Halloween) but once it was finished it was at my house within a couple of days of them giving me the tracking number.

Excellent customer service via email. I’ll definitely be coming back to these guys for future costumes!

Ordered two suits from them now. Red ranger and blue ranger Got them both on time. Recommend washing suit when you get or the colors will bleed onto the white a bit. Other than that I'm happy.

The Suit Arrived Ahead of Schedule And If Fit Nicely

This ruined my Halloween, and was the worst handling of an online order I’ve had in my entire history of ordering costumes online.
The processing time was a joke. I read the website and saw that for what I ordered the expected processing time was between 7-10 days. I reached out on day 9 to see if there was any updates, ordered on 10/04, mind you. They hadn’t even started the order and said it would take 9 days to process. I also paid for expedited shipping, expected delivery time of 3-7 days according to their website. Plenty of time before Halloween to get the order to me.
After 18 DAYS I reached out again, requesting an update. I did not hear back from them. I waited and after reaching out three more times, I finally resorted to filing a claim on my card whereas I believed I had been scammed. Even now, I have not heard back from them. Today, more than a month after I ordered, with no notification or information, no response, the costume arrives on my door. With a busted zipper, and too big. I don’t believe for a second that I’ll ever get a refund or see a resolution. Didn’t arrive when they said it would. Took longer than they said it would. Didn’t even send it correctly and accurate. Absolutely abysmal experience. Do not buy from these guys unless you have 6 months of prep time, apparently.

The suit itself seemed nice. The Spider-Man mask and boots were very well made. However, first I never received a tracking number till I reached out to them. Secondly, they never shipped me part of the costume. Lastly, the zipper busted and the fabric tore.

Made an order over a month ago and they’ll just keep telling you it’s not done being made. Response times might as well be by carrier pigeons because that’s when they’ll talk again to you . Ended up canceling because it will never come in time I honestly don’t even think it would make it to my house by christmas

I was concerned that the suit will not arrive on time so I contacted oneherosuits and they tried to expedite my order and it did arrive just in time!!! Thank you.

I paid almost $300 for custom sized cosplay hella suit. I was shipped a standard size small. Bust was 8 inches too small. Waist was 4 inches too big. I can’t even lift my arms wearing it because the chest is so tight. Their customer service gave me the run around for two months asking me for more and more pictures to evidentiate incorrect sizing. I’ve already supplied ample photos of the incorrect measurements. Then they tried to tell me that a 10 inch long foot is equivalent to EU size 43 . Whatever I told them I don’t care about the shoes, I just want the suit remade. They are asking for $70 to remake it. Well even if it were sewn the right size, this suit is no where near worth $70. The fabric is AWFUL, itchy hot. It looks cheap as hell. Buyer beware!!!

Never received my Halloween costume. After contacting them several times they claimed it was delayed due to high demand and that it would arrive late. Later, they shared a “tracking number” but never received said order.

So this is my first outfit with one hero suits and they did a great job on my first shipment. The mask was missing from the outfit. As soon as I got in contact with him and told them that I was missing the mask and I needed for upcoming Comic-Con they mailed it out to me immediately by express mail and it got to me that same day. Great customer service.

I bought a riddler costume from them spent 150 dollars. The size was way off for a medium build. Stated no where that you should size up if your in different regions. In order to return it it would cost any where between 100-300 dollars. Will not give return labels. Never would will I recommend this company. With effort you can make a costume for less in 2 hrs like I did with better quality.

We have ordered for almost USD 2'000 - all the so caled high end garments. Quality is super bad, broken after first wearing. 1 set was produce/delivered in a completely wrong size - 2 sizes to small. Others were way to big and had to be adjusted for big money. We were asked to return the small garment, were promised for refund incl. freight: Promise was not kept, only 50 % without freight were refunded. Not answering our mails anymore. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

As an avid cosplayer and lover of Superman I’ve been looking for a high quality, affordable Man of Steel suit. I found Oneherosuits’ listed online for a reasonable price and the quality looked amazing. I took a chance as I’ve had bad luck in the past with ordering from overseas. I’ll say this, the suit is perfect. Super high quality, amazing details, screen printed fabric, perfectly accurate, affordable, and really comfortable! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size the first time and was able to exchange it with no issues (I paid return shipping). The only thing I’d recommend is to not order the boots as they’re not screen printed so they don’t exactly match the suit, but I plan on making my own. Highly recommend ordering from Oneherosuits if you’re looking to step up your cosplay game!

I bought the Black Panther suit. It arrived before the time I was told. Oh man! The quality was above my expectations. Beautiful. The quality really blew me away. I build cosplay. And just wanted a BP suit I can add details to. This suit needed no added parts. Very professional quality. I will be ordering from them again . 🤗

I love costume designs, it's just like the picture, and according to size. It just's beautiful.
