Shalom, hello everyone I am Blessed King Michael Cosimo Weikum. I have been working and serving Maersk for around 2 months now. I believe that this company has been the biggest blessing for me. I currently assist in the Amazon fulfillment process and I can firmly and humbly state that this job has opened so much more virtuous opportunities in my life. If you are 18+ I would not hesitate to use your physical abilities to perform cherry picking or even standard, typical warehouse work. This is 100% a job that I recommend and this is not any unnecessary fluff, just humble and virtuously honest feedback. I 100% bless this Danish company and agree with the majority of the methods (maybe not all), of doing business. My joy has increased and I will probably be with this company for a good more amount of time and will try my best to support it through all of my lively endeavors, as well !

Most awful shipping company.
Sams club used them for shipping my items but have been late to deliver my order by over a week but they are unapologetic and very nonchalant about being late. I had to call repeatedly to check my order status and when I do and schedule, they do not try to meet delivery schedule making me miss other schedules. Very horrible company. Which makes Sams club very irresponsible.

the worst delivery service ever .. damn near impossible to get in touch with anyone who knows what’s going on .. tracking page has no updated information .. and took forever to even deliver the package like smh .. I don’t know why any company would use them to deliver their packages .. terrible service. Does not even deserve one star !

Horrible. Took off for for their appointment and they no showed. Wont answer their phones after being in hold over and hour. Tracking on website does not work

Worst trucking company I've ever dealt with. Scheduling a delivery is pointless because they don't show up when promised. I've been waiting for two days with no delivery.

Customer service is just as bad. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes on hold, and when you finally reach someone, they can't provide any useful information about your delivery. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

they handled a bulky return item for amazon. had to schedule for pick up a week in advance. they would only provide a 12 hour window, 8am to 8pm, adult had to be present, had to be at entry, no further contact needed after receipt of schedule confirmation. I was out of town, arranged to have an adult there, item on porch ready, door open. never came..said they called (its true I was in a no internet area but no voice mail) said the knocked on door, lies...adult there all day and ring camera shows nothing other than my usual mail delivery. called and complained, they agreed to pick up the next day explained again i might not be reachable, an adult would be there, just go...next mornin they called again to confirm..lucky i had service or they would have no showed again...gave me a 2 hour window and showed up 30 min before, thankfully the arranged adult had gotten there early...horrible, horrible service and communicatio

This is the worst company to ship with customers don’t receive any shipping status neither do they get answers about their shipment please use another company if you can

Pire transporteur que le monde ait connu je pense. Je n’ai jamais vu l’ombre d’un colis !! Il n’est jamais passé chez moi, et après avoir modifié la livraison vers un relais colis (pensant que ce serait plus simple pour le livreur) il n’a tout simplement pas été livré, le livreur n’y est pas allé. Donc je suis absolument dégoûté

schlechteste Reederei die wir kennen, Transitzeit Antwerpen - Ghana laut Angabe bei Bestellung 6 Wochen. Tatsächliche Transitzeit 3,5 Monate. Mit täglich wechselnden Ankunftszeiten. Es ist absolut keine Planung möglich. Nie mehr mit dieser Reederei.
Niemand fühlt sich zuständig, alles wird von Indien aus gesteuert.

Avoid them at any costs. They literally steal money from customers. They damage the goods they are transporting and avoid paying for the damage you paid insurance for. Terrible experience...

Booo, Maersk never showed up, my handymen waited there all day, as instructed by Lowe's Delivery. Lowe's called saying driver could not make delivery n needs to reschedule, I asked why not, they said, they can't find house, no such address. I called back and said, check address asked that they go back and make the delivery I paid for. They said, can not return because the Maersk driver said: No one was home, I said we have been waiting with door open all day, so that is not true, last excuse Maersk gave for not wanting to go make my delivery was, he can not find on map. What? This was just a set of excuses from a lazy Maersk Delivery person. Now I have to pay my workmen regardless, for their time. Maersk is really terrible and make excuses and tell stories. Lowe's should get another service.

Des branquignoles, c'est le juste mot pour qualifier cette entreprise.

Pour une simple commande 7 tentatives de livraison, ils déclarent laisser avis de passage, avoir essayé de m'appeler sans succès. Tel est leur excuses auprès des sociétés qui font appel à leur service pour la livraison. Je suis obligé de refaire livrer en point relais à 30 min de chez moi pour recevoir ma commande sans avoir de problème de livraison.

Si vous êtes une société ne faite surtout pas appel à ces incompétents.

After weeks of no notification our order was finally delivered. However nobody bothered to knock on the door or anything. They left my pallet outside where it was starting to rain. There were people home when the delivery was made. They chose not to go to the door. Terrible service.

This delivery company is the delivery team that delivers Lowes. Products to install. The delivery team is very unprofessional and rude. When they arrived. They immediately start lying about the parts. They immediately made excuses why they couldn't install all of the items correctly. They lied about that too. The drivers supervisor was rude and very unprofessional. The driver actually ran inside of my home. Very very unprofessional. They did not complete the installation. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Lowe's delivery service. This is who Lowes trust to be professional. They are horribly disorganized and confused. They are very unprofessional and rudely unethical.

I am not happy with Maersk right now. I know someone who works for them. He got the money he needs to leave the ship he is on and now they will not let him come home. I need him home ASAP. I gave him all the money I had so he can come home. They denied him today he can't come home after paying what they told him he needs to pay. Their reason is they are short on men. I find that hard to believe. I want your 3rd grade engineer Donald Wayne to come home in five days.

I don't understand the point of scheduling a drop off time and not informing me it will be late. 3 hours of my day wasted waiting for a package to show up.

Try to make an Account. Doesnt work. We wrote several Mails about an important request. Never came an answer.

Dog Ship! Unreliable and customer service is slow/inefficient.

I would definitely give this company zero stars if I could. I scheduled a shipment and received a confirmation email with the shipment date and a time window of 9 AM to 12 PM. 12 PM came and went with no shipment. I called and was told they would track the driver and then place on hold for over 15 minutes. I continued to call and about 1 PM got a hold of somebody who told me that 9 AM to 12 PM was not a shipment window they offered (despite the confirmation email) and that my shipment window was 11 AM to 3 PM. Since I planned my day around my package being delivered by 12 PM I asked for a specific, shorter window as to when it would be delivered. After a brief hold she got back on the phone and told me they can confirm that my package will be delivered between “ 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM.”
I set aside my day for the delivery timeframe that I scheduled. Then was told I needed to wait an extra three hours. And then I was told it might be a 3 and a half hours.
There was no communication and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I requested that all of the companies I work with no longer use this company for any type of shipping.

Amazon uses these pricks for oversize pickup. They are dogsh*t. Got two texts and a call at 6am for a scheduled pickup between 3-6pm. Thanks yo these pricks and Amazon's terrible business practices I've stopped using them. If I could leave zero stars I would. I've also reported them federally and locally
