Tracey at Kyle & Scott customer services handled a difficult to solve delivery issue really well. Knowing somebody is working to sort out issues that are neither their nor the customers fault makes an annoying situation no longer annoying. I ended up making a second purchase as the products are also great quality.

I've had a great experience
I've had a great experience with Lyle & Scott. I've purchased from them twice during the sales, and both orders were excellent. On one occasion, I had a shipping voucher that wasn't working, but their customer support resolved the issue incredibly quickly by replacing it with a new code.
The whole process was smooth, and the quality of the products met my expectations. Lyle & Scott is a reliable and trustworthy company with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will happily shop with them again.
