slow delivery and no tracking giving. i got told i would get a text on the day from the driver with a time slot and they didn’t and they just turned up
also slow in replying to messages

Goods arrived in 5 days, very well packaged. Overall, good communication. Pleased with items.

Haven’t received my parcel had to email about tracking reference and still no joy , delivery within 6days, 7th working day tomorrow and still no tracking number , told they would chase it up but what a surprise no communication as yet , not so sure if this could be a scam ???? Finally got a tracking number maybe here on the 7th day not within the 6 day window as stated and as for using Evri not the most reliable at all in any of my experiences , we’ll wait with baited breath ?? Fingers crossed 🤞

Easy buying experience, great customer service and really helpful when I called to discuss my order, highly recommend. The guy that delivered it on the pallett was the most unhelpful jobsworth I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Nothing to do with Luxury Garden Party

Purchased Helsinki hottub, was faulty from day one, went under warranty, however no replacement stock is available and no date is available, I have asked for a full refund and hit back with we cant replace under policy,

However
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty and a replacement is unavailable due to lack of stock, you are entitled to a full or partial refund. The retailer cannot force you to wait indefinitely for stock or take a credit note, and if the fault is within the first six months, no deduction for usage can be made from your refund.

So I ask again please refund me, or send a new system out and take rest back,

I have had no choice but to do this and contact trading standards today

Timely delivery. Was easy to order the beautiful looking and sturdy TV cabinet.

Minimal assembly was required.

Delivery was prompt and fast. No issues.

It took a while to get it with it being out of stock with the manufacturer so it didn’t not arrive in the window that was promised . This caused us some delivery issues but Annette went out of her way to keep me updated after I made the initial contact. Happy to say it arrived on site today. Not checked it out or used it yet but I’m sure if all ok we will use this company again.

I had to wait for my tub but it was because it was out of stock at Lazee spa and I so wanted the Hollywood so waited. It was well worth the wait I absolutely love it. Also it is way bigger than I expected and my little granddaughters say they can swim in it ha ha

I brought a Lazy Spa hot tub. Initially I was a bit hesitant as the price was a lot less than anywhere else but I took a chance and I'm glad that I did!

A query I had was answered straight away and the item came quickly. The delivery company were good and kept me informed about the delivery.

I'd definitely buy from Luxury Garden Party again.
