Je suis abonné depuis des années à Lumosity. J'adore le jeu des trains. (Et d'autres, bien sûr...)
Depuis quelque temps, le clic pour changer les aiguillages se transforme en double-clic et est donc inopérationnel. Il est impossible de jouer.
Quelqu'un a-t-il rencontré le même problème ? Solution ?

Good way to keep your brain fit

So I used this before in school, when I was around 12-16. I am now 24 it is saddening to see this whole site get greedy. Things that used to be free are now mostly things you need to pay for. Greed really does affect everything.

I love the games! They are quick and quite varied and inventive. They seem to have strength in working memory games - something I need. I do also play games in several other 'brain builder' programs but this is one of my faves. I play it every day.

I have decided not to pay for Lumosity because there are very few games that are fun to play. I just love Train of Thought and enjoy a few such as remembering where the blocks were in the square, or matching the colour to the word. Some of the games seem so mindless. Filling the coffee cups for example, is literally a game that a two year old would enjoy. I got an invitation to play a game for two days that’s similar to TextTwist which I love. By the time I found the email half an hour later I was told I missed the chance. I probably would have bought the app if I had that and the train game but that was one too many annoyances so I’m done.

I first tried this as a free short term service, Found it quite fun to use so signed up for a “Lifetime” subscription.
That was around nine or ten years ago. Now I find their meaning of “Lifetime” is that of a Gnat! - as I am locked out and asked to send full details of the payment used some ten years ago. Give me a break, who has access to that after a decade

If they updated their systems it is surely their responsibility to ensure existing contracts are honoured!

Very underhand and unethical treatment..avoid!

Fifteen years ago there was a special, with Lumosty, where you could pay $200 for a lifetime subscription to Lumosity. This has suddenly been removed and I’m asked to show proof of payment to reinstate use of the app (hard to find after such a long time frame). A poor show on top of a company who has already received publicity about its unethical claims.

Since using Lumosity for around 10 years, I became a better speaker than ever, my memory improved, my attention improved, and it has been life changing. I began using when I broke an ankle. At first I was only good in the flexibility games, and now I have top scores in all areas.

Good variety of games and after using for 6 months I can see the improvement in my memory and recall - very happy with the program. All the kids enjoy the games as well which makes it easy to get them to have a go and challenge themselves.

I have had this a year now and my new subscription a few days away, not one new game so far. I emailed them months ago and they said they are always working on new games. If this is how slow they are then they need more staff. Will give it one more year and if no new games out then cancelling subscription

I subscribed to this last year using my phone alas they do not recognise my tablet or indeed a change of device. I messaged them this problem but they failed/refused ? to respond and of course if you forget to cancel your annual subscription they sneakily...well I'm sure you know!!!!

Absolutely rubbish! The same games all the time and no replies from Customer Service.

I used to use Lumosity all the time, nearly every day. I pretty much stopped using it when they took away a feature that I used often. I always use laptops that have touch screen functionality and for some reason Lumosity did upgrade to their games that do not allow the use of the touch screen. I am not sure what their reasoning is for this because I would assume that this site would be attractive to many older people who are probably using i-pads etc.

I am over 80 years old and find the Lumosity site one where I am challenged to use my brain and try new activities. Along with the New York Time online games It certainly keeps my with the New York Times online games they both help strengthen my memory and cognitive skills. As aside, I am an lifetime member signing up when I first heard about it a few years ago.

Beaux graphismes mais jeux très répétitifs. Je me suis rapidement ennuyée.

I had to give one star, asked a simple question, why did lumosity stop working on chrome, they are wanting me to download firefox which wont let you expand the games. What does that mean they say, it on their page,

Never sign up with this site. I signed up because the geriatric doctors at the veterans administration hospital said it would help my father who was slipping into dementia. i canceled my account after he passed away but still get charged. i contacted support and basically they have run me in circles and want more and different information as they cannot find my account. managed to charge my credit card but are clueless when i want them to stop. stay away are they will charge you forever…………

Ces gens sont des doubles escrocs. Premièrement, ils prétendent que leur application est un outil puissant pour améliorer sa performance cognitive et que ceci est basée sur la science. Le FTC, the Federal Trade Commission aux États-Unis n’est pas de cet avis. En 2016, Lumosity a été condamné à payer 35 millions de dollars pour leur fausses affirmations.
Deuxièmement des escrocs car il semble impossible d’arrêter le renouvellement automatique d’un abonnement. Il y un mois, j’ai souhaité supprimer mon compte Lumosity. J’ai donc appuyé sur le bouton Supprimer, ce qui n’a rien supprimé mais j’ai eu une invitation de contacter la société par e-mail. Je l’ai fait et on m’a promis une réponse en moins de 48 heures. Comme rien ne s’est passé, j’ai refait l’opération une deuxième fois sans résultat. Dans quelques semaines, il va y avoir un renouvellement automatique de mon abonnement annuel moyennant une cinquantaine d’euros. pouvoir faire des facturations supplémentaires.

Numerous games in the product will not work on any of our 5 PCs. Company refuses to give pro-rated refund (or any kind of refund). RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
