The best in its class!

I have been using the app for nearly 2 years and it really good so far. Hope they update the games and avoid repetition.

Garbage app, I regret investing in it. Please read the reviews thoroughly before making a decision. I am in the process of deleting my account after over 300 days.

I enjoyed playing memory games with their Elevate application. I just hope there will be updates so that the app won't be stagnant.

The collagen did nothing for me. Worse though, there was an auto renewal after 90 days and the money was stolen from my account. Watch out

I tried three times to cancel but it just didnt happen and they took a years charge any way. Absolutely terrible, real scam tactics to take money, avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY FROM THE APP!
They will take your money you will get screwed with no way out. Until they have your money of course. They don’t tell the truth about refunds and by law and per Apple they have to refund you. BUT YOU’LL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY

A total waste of time. An app designed by morons.

After an initial surprise when money has been taken from my year closed account...(bought on the web not Apple subscription), customer service were straight on it. Absolutely delighted that this was corrected within 24 hours and monies returned into my bank account within 48 hours. First class customer service. Thank you again.

I got the free trial, canceled it after 4 days because I didn’t find it useful, and was charged 39.99 and enrolled in membership anyway - with no warning or statement. When I realized it had happened and emailed to ask for it to be corrected, I was told by Sharli in customer support that they withdraw funds from a credit card one day before membership renewal. 1. How is this not a scam? If you have 7 days, they withdraw funds on day 6?! 2. I canceled two days before they withdrew funds a day before the free trial ended. And now there is nothing they can do. I have to dispute it with Apple. I guess this whole annoying process could count as brain training. But also, sure seems like dishonest business practice to me. Seriously, Elevate. You suck.

Been using it for only 2 weeks, recommend it overall.

But as an older user, I find few hiccups that can be annoying:
1. The size and contrast between the font and background colors are sometimes make it difficult to read.
2. Some of the workout modules’ instructions are pretty scant. Expect to make mistakes on unknown workouts until you figure out what the workout wants (in the estimation workout, it started by giving two numbers, but I didnt know if I was to add, subtract, multiply or divide).
3. The refinement workout module instruction is initially baffling - I couldn’t figure it out.
These issues are frustrating to a new player, and I almost decided it was’t worth the cost. However, with repetition it makes sense.
I recommend a fix: at the end of each workout, give the person an option to make recommendations. Their users could guide the Elevate staff on how to make an even better product.

Would recommend this APP, I am sure that it has improved my memory, vocabulary, mental maths - would recommend to give your brain a little stimulation.

I have been using it now for 6 months - give it a try if your brain is feeling a bit sluggish
