This feels like a scam
This feels like a scam. I signer up for a free trial, nowhere did it say they would start charging me 150USD a month. I tried ending my subscription, which seemed impossible to do through my profile on their page. I had to dig through my emails to find a link that would direct me to a page where I could manage my subscription. 150 USD is an insane amount to charge monthly for such a service.

the app was really easy to use to fill-in a document and send it to sign-in (that part a didnt do in the app), i used only the free part but it helped me, was easy to use and saved me a lot of time. thanks for the team!
