This is a 1 only because 0 isn't available. Brutally difficult to use this product to fill out PDF forms. No ability to contact their "customer service" via e-mail or phone. Only thing they seem to do well is auto renew your subscription even after requesting to cancel numerous times.

Lumin is more than useful for us
Lumin is more than useful for us, because it combines almost all tools we need to manage our PDFs. And it it not overloaded on the dashboard, so even part time users don't get confused.
