The return policy is garbage
The return policy is garbage! Having to pay for shipping/having shipping costs deducted from your total reimbursement! I have decided that I am done ordering from this company as their material has gone down hill and the sizes are not true to size. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and am disappointed in customer service.

Horrible Return Policy for Online Store
Lots of options, decent quality for price but being an online store there should be a better return policy. It is a given then you must try on a lot of clothes to ensure a proper fit/style. Ordering online = some fits not working and requiring return. Also equally gives you business since there are styles that do work..
Charging $6.95 for a return is okay, but it should be a priority to process the return in a reasonable time frame for your customers. If you wish to take 2 weeks to process a return (3 weeks including delivery back to their warehouse), then charging a customer is unreasonable.
There is so much more in my cart, but I will be holding off since its has been 2 weeks since dropping my order off at UPS and still no funds have been returned for the items that did not work. Once it is processed, a customer still needs to consider another 4-5 days for credits to appear on their accounts. Do you not see how inconvenient this is for your customers?

Lousy return policy, no flexibility.
Your return policy is lousy. Communication is abysmal. I used to like ordering from LuLu’s due to the flexibility. It’s not like you have a brick and mortar store but then you punish people for needing to try on different shapes or styles. You’ve lost a customer.

Beautiful dress and great customer service
First shipment contained the wrong size but customer service was so responsive and they send back the right size the next day issue was raised.

XS is large
this time my dress was good quality material and super cute. however, i ordered an extra small, and it was still way too big. i am 5’9 120 lbs, so an extra small should not be baggy on me :(. i’ve ordered xs dresses from here before with no issue so idk if they changed their sizing or what.
