Everything was wrong with this order. I had an oracle deck made. The box was not made of cardboard, but of flimsy paper and it arrived ripped. A Mcdonalds happy meal box is better quality than the material they used for the oracle card box. The printing of the designs on the cards was crooked and offset and were very small, with a huge white space around the design. The card quality was flimsy and as soon as I tried handling the cards, it creased and bent. The customer service, at the beginning, was ok - but after I shared my unsatisfactory experience and my disappointment in the product, they didn't offer any kind of refund, only a reprint, however, they haven't replied to my request if they will pay for shipping. I spent over 200 euro for one deck and it was of poor quality. I had other decks published with other companies and didn't have these issues, especially not at this price. This is way, way too much money to spend for the poor quality and service I received. This product was not worth more than 20 euro. Plus, I waited over 6 weeks for the deck to arrive and I am in the same country as them!! It's completely unacceptable how they handle their customers and customer satisfaction. I would not recommend them.

I wish I had read reviews before placing an order. Extremely incompetent in printing and communication. Also, there is no chance of getting money back. It's not a way to run a company.

This is a printing company that prints all sorts of cardboard/card, and card games-related material. They have lots of options, and they're willing to help you in the process. That is why this review is not 1 star only.
However, this company doesn't even follow its own policies. I ordered a print for a deck of cards, that will be part of a crowdfunding campaign.
I spent months creating the artwork, through very hard labor, and countless hours, and I prepared a very high-res file to ensure the printing quality would be flawless. As you can imagine, a file with 80 different artworks, and a repetition of the backs of the cards, which makes the total file a PDF with 160 pages, it nears almost 75% of 1GB.
However, that file was never used in the upload process. Since there were some issues with one of the printing processes for the backs of the cards, I had to modify some files, and Ludocards was kind enough to help during that processed, and even offered an upgrade - that was good support on that front.
Nevertheless, to my surprise, I'm then sent the printed product and the artwork is blurry. And, after some investigation, I find out that my high-res PDF file is gone, and they changed to an overly compressed PDF file of 20MB.
A PDF with only artwork, and high-res artwork at that, for a total of 20MB. Inspecting that overly compressed file shows a lot of image artifacts, and loss of detail and quality - and this is what they used for printing!
In their website, this is stated:
"How can I prepare my files correctly for printing?
Please refer to the "Ludocards Instructions on File Preparations" HERE. All files provided are printed "as they are" without any modifications by us therefore it is your responsiblity to provide your files according to our requirements."
But that's not the case!
They:
* Compressed my original artwork without my consent, and without warning, and I have proof of all the interactions with them (written and printed).
* They didn't print my original file, and instead printed a low-res version of my artwork, with extreme image compression and artifacts all over the images.
* They refuse to fix the issue and state that it "makes no difference" in printing my ~700 MB file versus a 20 MB compressed file (of course it does make a difference, this is simply not true).
As such, I do not recommend this service. Sadly, they don't care about the customers, and are combative when they're not right.
I paid 160€ for a single deck of cards, and I can't even have my own version of my high quality artwork printed; because they want to print a version they modified on their end.
It's just unacceptable.
