It is shocking that, after more than two months of constantly chasing Mercedes for a response regarding a recall they have refused to honour, I am still left without a satisfactory resolution. I was only notified of the recall by letter well after it had been issued, which is completely unacceptable.

This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially as I have been a loyal, long-term Mercedes customer. I expected far better communication, transparency, and support from a premium brand. The way this matter has been handled has seriously undermined my confidence in Mercedes and left me feeling let down as a valued customer.

The service from Catherine was exceptional. From beginning to end she was extremely accommodating, happy to answer any questions and attentive. I would highly recommend Mercedes and Catherine for anyone looking to purchase a car. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service. Manna was very professional and he looked after me. He was very friendly and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car.

Car was booked in for rear subframe, common fault on this car, although there is a 20 year Warranty on this, the best they could offer was 50% towards the bill of over 3 and half grand, so bit the bullet and booked it in for today 2nd July, I happened to call up about another query then to be told they dont even have the part in, and they will be on back order, complete waste of time for me and my dad who has drove me back of forth to the garage in Tamworth, very disappointed with the service and left feeling annoyed and wondering why I ever bought a mercedes in the first place, there communication is very poor and the lady on front desk made me feel like a second class citizen, over all gutted, and still have to go back to get the work done at some point.

Jay was amazing - after a bad experience buying my previous car, I was a little nervous. As I wasn't seeing the car until collection, so Jay shared videos/photos and answered endless questions. He collected my Dad from the train station and everything was seamless.

From first walking into BYD from the moment I picked the car up the customer service was flawless. Iftakar was excellent, explained everything so well, answered any questions that I had, even ones I thought was silly.
